A few clarifications about this listing
We would not book again. Stayed for 12 days in September 2024. Walk to city center is 25 to 30 minutes. There is no view of the lake and the balcony mentioned is about 8 ft x 8ft off the kitchen with a view of an over grown backyard.

Ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Rheins mit Bademöglichkeit und zum chillen und den Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Modern und hell eingerichtete Wohnung. Angenehmer und schneller Kontakt zu Claudi und dem Reiseteam. Absolut eine Empfehlung.

Paradies
Der Stadtteil nennt sich zu Recht Paradies. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse (für Autos), also nur Anliegerverkehr und entsprechend ruhig. Ein paar Meter zu Fuß und man ist schon am Bodensee. Die Altstadt erreicht man fußläufig in 20 Minuten und kann dabei noch am Wasser entlanglaufen. Die Wohnung selbst ist, bis auf Kleinigkeiten, hochwertig eingerichtet und auf dem Balkon kann man gemütlich sitzen. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Groezinger war stets zeitnah und freundlich. Absolut eine Empfehlung!

Schöne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Komplett ausgestattet. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt sind es nur 1.5 km, zum Konstanzer Hafen 2 km. Ideal für eine Städtereise.

Auch in der Hitze ein guter Ferienort
Die Umgebung des Bodensees, insbesondere auch Konstanz, ist reizvoll und es gibt viele Ausflugmöglichkeiten. Wir, meine beiden Schwestern und meine Freundin, hätten allerdings gern eine Bushaltestelle in der näheren Umgebung gehabt. Für ältere Menschen ist die Ferienwohnung etwas weit entfernt von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Angekommen im Paradies
Nach einer langen Anreise aus dem Norden waren wir endlich in Konstanz-Paradies angekommen. Hier ist der Name echt Programm. Nach dem ersten Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster waren wir vollauf begeistert. Es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum Seerhein und entlang der Promenade ist es ein herrlicher Spaziergang bis man den weiten Blick über den großen Bodensee schweifen lassen kann. Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Groß und geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Ein klitzekleines Manko ist vielleicht der zum Innenhof liegende Balkon. Leider gibt es von dort keinen Blick zum See. Dafür ist es erholsam ruhig und idyllisch. Da wir ein eigens Boot zur Verfügung hatten, war dies für uns eine Oase am frühen Morgen direkt von der sehr großen Küche mit Esstisch auf den Balkon hinausgehen zu können. Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter hat super geklappt. Als wir mal ein kleines Anliegen hatten, hat er sich sofort darum gekümmert. Wir waren 2 Wochen im August dort und der große Höhepunkt des Jahres ist sicherlich das Feuerwerk des Seenachtfestes. Entlang der Seerheinpromenade war es an diesem Abend ein besonderes Erlebnis das Höhenfeuerwerk über dem Bodensee zu erleben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter.

Superb apartment in Paradies area of Constance
We spent a fabulous holiday in this lovely modern apartment, very clean and well stocked, with its wonderful location by the river. The owners were extremely welcoming and shared lots of helpful information with us. Not far from the number 5 and 9 buses (around 10 mins walk) and a basement to keep the bikes which we hired. Quiet at night and mesh and shutters on windows were very useful. We didn't use the balcony as the garden below was overgrown, we sat by the windows in the sitting room as the view to the river was so beautiful and unforgettable.

Perfekte und sehr sympathisch
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, haben eine hochwertig eingerichtete, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung vorgefunden, die alles bietet was man benötigt. Der Balkon ist gerade abends sehr schön, wenn das Kind schon schläft und man dennoch an der frischen Luft sein möchte . Sehr zu empfehlen!

Auf der Schweizer Seite sind die Radwege sehr gut. Von Konstanz aus gut zu erreichen. Die Schifffahrt zur Deutschen Seite ist überteuert, Fahrrad-Mitnahme kostet viel zuviel. Konstanz erhebt jetzt eine „Klimaschutzabgabe“. 5,6 Prozent vom Gesamt-Unterkunftspreis! Das ist nicht hinnehmbar. Man kann dagegen an einer Online-Petition teilnehmen. Zahlen muss man trotzdem.

heerlijk verblijf
Echt prachtige ligging bij het meer en op loopafstand van de oude, zeer gezellige binnenstad. Alle uitstapjes met de fiets gedaan, bloemeneiland Mainau was topervaring, maar ook Reichenau en alle fietspaden in de omgeving grotendeels langs het water. Appartement ook heel mooi ingericht en gebruiksvriendelijk, inclusief zonwering. Wat jammer was is het uitzicht op de wat onverzorgde tuin vanaf het balkon. De tuin wordt binnenkort veranderd zei mevrouw. We komen heel graag nog eens terug omdat het zo goed bevallen is en 1 week eigenlijk te kort is.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im „Paradies“ am Seerhein
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, alles klappte reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig möbliert, sehr sauber und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man kann zu Fuß in die Altstadt laufen oder einkaufen gehen. Sehr praktisch ist der Stellplatz für das Auto. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Außer dem Badezimmer war nichts an der Wohnung top ausgestattet.
Die Sitzmöglichkeit für ältere erwachsene Personen war eine Doppelcouch, die zum Sitzen völlig unbequem war. zudem musste man zum Fernsehen den Kopf unentwegt nach links drehen. Eine schmerzhafte Erfahrung!! Ich habe zehn Tage auf einem Küchenstuhl ohne Lehne im Wohnzimmer gesessen. Bei den wenigen Kontakten mit unserer Gastgeberin wirkte sie sehr überfordert und zum Teil unfreundlich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte ganz und gar nicht.
