The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a microwave.

The bedroom comprises a queen bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

Let yourself be in awe of the Butte-aux-Cailles, a historic district in the city of Paris, where every time you look up, you will discover various kinds of drawings or messages on the walls of buildings. In the borough, there are several wall paintings that have been approved by the authorities and realized by international artists claiming street art.

In the evening, the Butte-aux-Cailles is a lively place, ideal for a meal or an aperitif! How can we not talk about the 13th without mentioning its mythical Chinatown? Let yourself be surprised by the mixture of cultures in this famous district. Lively both day and night, this area is also ideal for shopping, it is one of the cheapest in Paris.

Many places in Paris are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:

- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest Metro stop: Place d'Italien (Lines 5, 6, and 7) is just a 4-min walk from the apartment.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
