Paradise awaits in this 2/1 beachside beauty located steps from the sand in the Sand Pebble building. This condo provides all the comfort of home including: in unit washer and dryer (detergent included), streaming services, fully stocked kitchen with glassware, cookware and keurig. Located on the second floor in beautifully maintained building. Unit includes beach amenities such as chairs, umbrellas, toys and wagon.

Items you will need to bring with you:
Sheets (king size bed in primary, two twins in the second bedroom, one pull out couch)
Blankets
Beach towels
Food/drink

Items we provide:
Beach chairs
Beach toys
Beach wagon
Beach umbrella
4 standard size sleeping pillows
4 standard sized white bath towels (please wash with bleach and leave in dryer upon check out)
Paper goods such as toilet paper, paper towels
Kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, cookware
Coffee pot with filter and Keurig

***Please note this unit does not include sheets, blankets or beach towels in order to maintain the highest cleaning practices. *****

The unit is disinfected in between every renter and aerated.

Check in: 4pm

Check out (11am) instructions:
o Wash bath towels with bleach and leave in dryer
o Collect all garbage and place in the dumpster outside
o Load all dishes in the dishwasher and start cycle
o Leave AC on 75 degrees
o Don’t forget chargers and other personal belongings like items in the hamper or fridge/freezer
o Close and lock the front door
o Turn off lights
