This 1200 square foot retreat includes a Full Kitchen, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds with an option to convert 2 single beds together to make a king-size bed, 1 bathroom with shower/tub, a large living room with 2 sofas that convert to queen size beds. Perfect for a men's fishing getaway or relaxing with family and friends.

Great little house

My Dad, cousin and myself made our first visit to fish the lake. We will be back for sure. Great location and perfect 1 bedroom, 1 bathrrom house. Great screened in porch. We will definitely be back.

Santee Fishing

Errol and I have stayed at this location on several occasions and have found the location perfect for fishing Santee. Good parking for boat and trailer. Screen porch is a great place to relax and take in the beautiful lake. I plan on at least 4 future trips in 2025. Thank you

Just what the dr. Ordered

We were looking to relax and just chill out by the water and we did just that! Great accommodations and a beautiful view of Lake Marion. This was a great place for a little getaway. I’m sure we will come back.

Very nice property with beautiful views of the water. The screened deck was wonderful with that morning coffee. My only complaint would be Saturday night karaoke at the tiki bar next door. No one could sing...

Perfect place for fishing/golf weekend getaway

Went on a fishing weekend with my son and found this place to be absolutely perfect. Good location to meet fishing guides, golf courses around. Place is very clean, and clearly the owner takes pride in their place. Perfect relaxing view of the lake at the end of the day. Could not have found a better place for this kind of getaway.

The View

I love this place. The view of lake was amazing. The screen porch makes you feel like you can step right into the lake. It had everything we needed. You only need your clothes. So relaxing. We did a little fishing right in front and actually caught some nice fish for fun. We will be back.

Great Fishing Trip!!

This property is perfect for our annual catfishing trip to Santee Cooper! Everything is as advertised, clean, easy access, plenty of parking. The lakeviews are unbeatable -- come see for yourself!

Amazing lake views!

Property was 100% clean and nicely furnished and updated! The entire house on the lake is an all screened in porch and full windows from floor to ceiling. Very relaxing.
