North Litchfield Beach

Tucked in the woods, a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, and just off the bike path, this house is perfect for a family retreat. There is a large deck with both a gas and charcoal grill, enclosed porch with huge dining table, and a gourmet kitchen with both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. A spacious Great Room is home to a lovely large gas fireplace and adjacent library, four bedrooms; one of which could be a designated kids zone with 3 twins and 3 twin roll-aways, as well a laundry room, all on the main floor. New Hardwood floors
through out. The ground level has complete apartment (sleeps 6) with another entire living room, with a Queen Sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, TV/game area, kitchenette, another bedroom, full bath and an enclosed porch with another Queen Sofa sleeper and TV, plus a private outdoor shower in garage. The apartment has an outside entrance and a key is required for access. There are also 2 kayaks and a golf cart for guest use. Ceiling fans throughout, TV's in all bedrooms and both living areas, Bluetooth Speakers, and ample parking.
This home has space for everyone. Game Tables, WiFi, Bluetooth speakers, Laundry, Cable, WiFi, Gas and Charcoal Grill.

Beach get a way
Wonderful lay out and space. 4 adult couples easily accommodated. Would book again. Only negative was the rocky uneven bottom landing , especially at night. Loved the golf cart, games and puzzles. A perfect ending to our Christmas vacation

Wonderful Get-A-Way!!!
We loved this property. The unique layout was perfect for the needs of my family on this trip. We had a basement apartment with a tv and plenty of room to spread out. We loved that it came with Air Hockey (and Foosball- but it didn’t work). Having access to the golf cart was wonderful! It was super helpful getting all the kids stuff to and from the beach access. We did have issues with the stairs. The outside front steps were super slick after it rained, and my sister fell twice on them. It would be sensible to put some anti-slip treads on those. The interior steps also were a bit hazardous. The hand railing only goes down part way and my mom fell at the bottom of those and did hurt her foot. While those were problematic, it didn’t deter us from having a wonderful stay and we are definitely interested in staying again in the future.

Family vacation at this Beautiful home was absolutely lovely and spacious to accommodate such a big family as our own. The home has everything that you need to prepare big meals for your family and plenty other amenities. Only a short walk or ride to the Beach on the home golf cart. And shopping centers right up the street. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We will most definitely vacation here again. Had a wonderful time.

It was absolutely joyful probably one of our best vacations. Definitely within the top three.
Property was walking distance however it had a golf cart for convenience. Where all advid golfers so the courses around the area are upscale and the type we prefer. Home was extremely spacious just need a little more TLC however were able to over look that concerning the amenities and covid. We will definitely be back for another stay and would recommend it to anyone with a sizeable family. That's again to the property management

Very nice location and property. Has plenty of space for a bunch of people. enjoyed the outdoor shower and the open Floorplan both upstairs and downstairs. Only negative was a tight driveway for more than 3-4 vehicles...someone always has to move to let someone else out
