About this property

Spacious one bedroom/ one bath condo that lives like a home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and inviting living room, dining room, king size bed, and a cozy balcony that boasts one of the only porch swings in the development. Outdoor dining is also available on our private balcony, or you can make the short walk to the popular Salty Dog Cafe, Lands End Tavern, Jake’s Original Pizza, the Wreck of the Salty Dog, and the Salty Dog Ice Cream Shop. You can also visit the General Store for any last minute necessities. Don’t forget to buy a Salty Dog tshirt while strolling the shops that are also available to you!
While at the marina you can rent jet skis and kayaks, reserve a ride on the catamaran for a daytime or sunset sail, pontoon cruises, and many other fun activities! Tennis, bike rentals, pickle ball, and the beach are also just steps away. At night you can head over to the beach and enjoy the beautiful sunset while watching the dolphins play.
Harbour Town is a short drive, or bike ride away. There you will have several restaurants to choose for your dining pleasure, and lovely shops to visit! Tour the Harbour Town lighthouse, listen to live music, and stroll along the marina.
Once outside the gates of Sea Pines you can head to Coligny Plaza, Shelter Cove, The outlets, and many other places within the area!*****Sadly there is no pool available this 2024 season due to renovations*****

Perfect Rental for Couple

The condo is very well appointed with many nice decorative pieces of furniture and accessories. Kitchen is well-stocked and all appliances are clean and modern. We enjoyed mornings on the porch with coffee and our breakfast before heading out on a walk or bike ride. The mattress is one of the best we have slept on during a vacation. There are so many options in HHI but this condo gives you the perfect location for bikes rides, sunsets on the bay, The Salty Dog's live music, delicious food and ice cream. Would highly recommend for a couple!

Perfect Condo

We loved this condo in Hilton Head. It is very close to the beach. We would just pack our beach bag, grab our chairs and walk right over to the beach for a relaxing afternoon. We also loved being able to walk over to the Salty Dog, which is very close for dinner. The condo is extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

Hilton Head

Great location short 3 minute walk to a great beach with many dolphin and osprey sightings. Good cycling paths throughout the Sea Pines Reserve. The condo was the perfect size with a nice balcony. The pool and hot tub were closed, I assume due to the winter season. Not sure what months they open. Tennis and pickle ball courts are very close and can be used for a fee.

Perfect time away!

We stayed for a week after the holidays in this charming condominium! it was perfect for us -- so comfortable and well-furnished. We walked the beach every day and enjoyed a short drive to everything else we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again!

Honeymoon stay

The stay was amazing. Everything went perfect. Super cute and cozy. I would definitely stay again. The host even handled my 2hs of sleep on a 12h drive sleep deprived frantic calls and text to help me find our place.

We found this property to be very clean, private, convenient to beach and very quiet. The kitchen is well stocked and the entire condo is very well appointed. We’ve already decided to come back the spring.

Fabulous Condo

My husband and I have been to Hilton Head before but had never stayed over by the south beach marina. The location was ideal and close to everything. The inter coastal beach is lovely and when we wanted the ocean, the beach trolley was close and convenient. Kelly’s condo is as beautiful as the photos suggest. Extremely clean and full of everything we needed to enjoy our stay. What impressed us the most were the little touches to ensure a great stay including reusable grocery bags, a starter bag with soaps and detergents, extra chargers for our devices and a well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and close to all the island has to offer. We enjoyed the beach, biking, pickleball and golf throughout our stay. Within a 2-3 minute walk is beautiful brand new pickleball facility with loads of activities everyday. Thank you so much!! We are already planning the next trip!!

The room was very clean and decorated beautifully. The grounds are kept nice and neat. This was our first trip to HH and we enjoyed it. It is located close to the Salty Dog which was nice to visit in the evenings.

Fun Get Away

The property was very clean and well maintained just as it had been on two previous occasions when we stayed here. We experienced one small issue with the air conditioner but the owner VERY promptly took care of the problem with no inconvenience to us. Kelly is very quick to respond and so easy to work with. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed everything about our stay at this Sea Pines condo last year so we returned for the month of March this year. The condo just feels nice and is well stocked with everything you need. We just love the location and plan on returning again!

The property is exactly as pictured, what the pictures don’t show is the meticulous cleanliness and attention to detail. I am very particular about cleanliness and as a nurse am somewhat of a germphobe however there was absolutely none of that at Kelly’s home. From the cozy decor to comfortable furnishings it felt like home and this was the first trip that I haven’t been anxious to get home to my own bed. We stayed for two weeks, I worked remote during our stay and had zero issues with the internet. The location is fantastic, just a couple minute walk to the Sound. The neighbors who live there year round were also friendly and very nice to us. We can’t wait to go back! Kelly is amazing, fantastic communication and a lovely person. Five plus stars.

Perfect couples getaway

My wife and I stayed for one week in this beautifully decorated condo. It's thoughtfully appointed, so we didn't need anything except groceries and what was in our luggage. The location is perfect, just a block to the beach, with dolphins, herons, pelicans, and shooting stars. Sunsets are astonishingly beautiful. The Salty Dog restaurants and stores are even closer than the beach if u don't feel like cooking or going to some of the excellent restaurants on the island. The condo is in the Sea Pines resort, which has miles of bike trails and facilities that include an excellent beach club, tennis, pickle ball, restaurants, marina, and shops. A Publix grocery store, one of the best grocery chains in the US, is just outside the gates. We rented bikes that were delivered and picked up from the condo, which has a parking area for bikes. Our days were as simple as hopping on a bike and figuring out what to do. A highlight of the trip was a trail ride from the Lawton Stables, which my wife, an experienced horse person, found was well run and friendly. Kelly and her husband were responsive and personable hosts.
