Duplex (ground floor and 1st floor - 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms) -Center- Le Marais

If you will like Paris, historical place, building from the 17e century, artist duplex, shopping and very trendy place called Le Marais, you will like our home. We are in front of Place des Vosges, one of the oldest place of Paris. We don't have car because you don't need car here. You are close to everything. Metro station (Saint Paul), bus station or taxis are in front of the house or less than 1 minute walk. So you can travel everywhere in Paris. Place des vosges is in front of you (fews seconds by walk), Louvre (5 minutes by subway) and most of the museums. Walk 2 minutes and have a drink in all the trendy and coolest places : marché des Enfants Rouges, rue de Bretagne, Candelaria, Mary Celeste, Le Progrès, La Perle... If you want to make a trip in France, you are also closed to the station Gare de Lyon (15 minutes by metro or by walk).

This apartment is located on the ground floor and a 1st floor of a 17th century well-maintained building. The entrance gate is protected by a code security system and an intercom. This apartment faces the building’s interior paved courtyard. It is possible to have meals in the private courtyard. Table and chairs available. On the ground floor, the entrance door opens directly onto the living room and its open-kitchen. On the left, there is the first bathroom and a staircase. This staircase leads directly to the 1st floor to the first bedroom and to a small hallway, which goes to the second bathroom and to the second bedroom.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR (or floor 0)

The living room is decorated in a contemporary style. There is a large bay window, which gives a view on the courtyard and exposed wooden support beams and apparent stonewalls. This room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs and some shelves. It is also equipped with a cable TV with Netflix and Disney and a Playstation

The open-kitchen has electric burners, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a traditional electric oven and a microwave oven. There is also a laundry machine (washer) and a dryer machine.

The first bathroom (on the ground floor) is tiled and is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilette.


ON THE FIRST FLOOR

The first bedroom is furnished with a double size bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a desk and a closet. The window opens onto the big courtyard.

The second bedroom is furnished with a double size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with a closet. The window faces a little courtyard.

The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilette.

A small space for music with an electronic drum and an amplifier.

The apartment is not on the street but on a garden inside. Very quiet. Campaign in Paris. In the garden, you have a private space where there are tables and chairs to have lunch outside day & night.
