Peacefull place with fantastic wiew
We stayed 8nights and really enjoyed our stay. Place is very quiet and peacefull. Beach is nearby and pool also. Quite many steps though to be minded and to go. A small supermarket and a restaurant nearby. 15 min walk to San Augustin. About 500 m to bus stop. We didn have a car and that wasnt a problem. Patrick was very helpful and friendly host to us and thank you very much for renting.

Super Location und Umgebung
Wir sind begeistert von der Location und der Anlage. Etwas für gediegenen, ruhigen Urlaub. Alles da und drin, was man braucht. Toller Blick über die Küste, den Atlantik und auf traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge. Alle anderen Orte schnell erreichbar, ob per Auto oder Bus. Und ein netter, freundlicher Gastgeber.

Wir waren 11 Nächte in der Unterkunft in San Agustin und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Appartementanlage ist fernab vom Massentourismus, ruhig und mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer. Patrick ein top Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Hemos pasado unos días fabulosos. Hemos encontrado en este lugar lo que buscábamos, desconectar y relajarnos. Es un lugar muy tranquilo. Destacar que el anfitrión ha sido muy amable y ha estado muy atento en todo momento. Las zonas comunes están muy bien cuidadas (jardines, piscina, etc.). Únicamente puntualizar dos sugerencias: la primera es poner más puntos de luz tanto en la cocina, en el comedor y en el salón (aunque habían lámparas de suelo que iluminaban estas estancias, nos hubiera gustado tener algo más de iluminación en ellas)… así como un punto más de de luz en la terraza. Más iluminación en general. La segunda sugerencia es poner un colchón de matrimonio que sea confortable. Esperábamos un colchón de matrimonio y en su lugar habían dos colchones individuales pegados entre sí, muy poco confortables, sobre un somier de matrimonio. Sugeriríamos cambiar esos colchones individuales que a su vez eran poco confortables por un colchón de matrimonio más confortable. s está

Ruhe und Erholung
Der Eigentümer Patrick hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles selbst gezeigt und erklärt. Um das Wasser hat er sich auch gekümmert, so brauchten wir nichts schleppen. Die Wohnung und die große Terrasse sind wie beschrieben, der herrliche Ausblick und die Ruhe ließen uns unseren Stress von zu Hause vergessen . Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mehr als genug vorhanden (das haben wir leider bei anderen Vermietern oft vermisst).Vielen lieben Dank an Patrick, er hatte öfter nachgefragt, ob alles okay ist und ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

Einfach Traumhaft
Die Lage und der Blick auf den Atlantik sind grandios. Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen sehr geräumig. Vor allem die Terrasse mit Grill ist super. Wir haben keinerlei Ausstattung vermisst. Besonders gut fanden wir die Möglichkeit Wasser und Bier als Mehrwegflaschen per Lieferservice zu bestellen.

Hemos tenido que aplazar la estancia a octubre debido a la ola de calor que asoló la isla en esos días. Por este motivo solo podemos valorar su atención.En todo momento Patrick estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y nos dió todos los consejos y explicaciones oportunas para disfrutar de la estancia. Schön und relativ ruhig gelegen
Ein toller Blick aufs Meer mit Sonnenaufgang am Morgen.. Alles da, was man braucht. Nur ein paar Meter zum Pool. Und wenn dort doch Mal welche drin sein sollten, hört man nix. Wären gerne länger geblieben. Parken ist gerade am Abend wie schon beschrieben nicht immer einfach. Aber einfach 10 Minuten warten, dann ist wieder was frei. Viele Parken dort auch um zum Strand zu gehen. Musste in den Sommerferien bei 11 Tagen nur 2x kurz warten. Im ganzen sehr zu empfehlen.

Einfach perfekt!
Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer sehr gepflegten, kleinen Ferienanlage mit einem grossen, sauberen Pool und einem separaten Zugang über einige Treppen zum herrlichen Playa Morro Besudo. Die Wohnung ist durchdacht eingerichtet, bestens unterhalten und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. In der Küche sind alle erdenklichen Utensilien und Geräte vorhanden, eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Öl, Essig etc., sowie Trinkwasser ist ebenfalls bereits da. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen grossen Wandschrank mit reichlich Platz und hat einen direkten Zugang zu der fantastischen Terrasse, auf der sich die Ferientage beim Grillen oder mit einem guten Glas Wein gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Patrick ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der mit seiner freundlichen, unkomplizierten Art und einem guten Gespür für die Bedürfnisse seiner Gäste dafür sorgt, dass man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank Patrick, ich freue mich bereits auf's nächste Mal.

Séjour relaxant.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Patrick. Sa maison dégage de bonnes ondes, entourées de voisins mais très intimes pourtant. La literie est confortable ( juste les oreillers à revoir !), la cuisine très bien équipée (sauf essoreuse à salade!). Les équipements de la maison parfaits : chaises longues, parasol, linge, électroménager…seul un rideau occultant dans la chambre serait utile. Je recommande cette petite maison pleine de charme.

Toller Ort zum Erholen - alles da was man braucht
WIr waren 2 Wochen vor Ort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Man ist gleich am schön großen Gemeinschaftspool und in 3 Minuten unten am Meer. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker direkt ums Eck. Restaurants ebenfalls in Laufnähe. Ein Mietwagen ist dennoch unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich abends und insbesondere am Wochenende manchmal schwierig, dann muss man ein paar Meter laufen. Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Der Grill auf der Terrasse ist super. Auch schön ist, dass diese schön groß und nicht einsehbar ist. Patrick war jederzeit mit guten Tipps zur Seite und immer für uns erreichbar - super!

Patrick ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, er war selbst bei unserer Ankunft zu Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort, und hat uns alles wissenswerte über den Bungalow erklärt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Der Bungalow selbst ist von den Räumlichkeiten her schön gestaltet mit ausreichen Platz. Jetzt muss ich allerdings etwas negativer werden in Bezug auf Mobiliar und Ausstattung , die Möbel sowie das restliche Equipment wie Handtücher Bettzeug Sonnenliegen Schirm usw. sind verwohnt und teilweise ziemlich verschlissen teilweise nicht verwendbar. Die Küchenausstattung wie Geschirr Herd Kaffeemaschine usw. sind ok und auch reichlich vorhanden. Mein persönliches Resümee, hier ist dringend Renovierung erforderlich. Mir ist durchaus Bewusst das zur Zeit durch die Corona Krise für viele Vermieter finanziell Probleme entstehen, aber man sollte trotz allem eine ehrliche und realistische Bewertung abgeben an der man sich orientieren kann, ich hatte mich ja auch darauf verlassen. Die meisten Vormieter, auf dessen Bewertung ich mich bezogen habe, haben wohl etwas emotionaler bewertet als ich. Trotz allem kann auch ich den Bungalow weiter empfehlen halt mit einigen abstrichen.

Increíble estancia
Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos toda la familia, es un auténtico paraíso ese sitio. Perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar, 100% recomendado ya sean parejas, familia con niños, incluso con mascotas ya que pueden bajar directamente a la playa Morro Besudo que es un auténtico lujo para luego disfrutar de la piscina y de una cena con vistas dignas de los mejores restaurantes. Desde que podamos repetiremos, espero que muy pronto.

Wunderbare Unterkunft
Auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und sich im Süden Gran Canarias ganz für sich und ruhig und die entspannt zu fühlen ist schon ein großes Glück. In der sehr angenehmen, gepflegten Anlage mit Pool, in dem man wirklich schwimmen kann, liegt Patricks Wohnung am Hang mit freiem Blick übers Meer und ohne Einblick von außen. Ein großer Wohnraum mit Panoramafenster und komplett ausgestatteter offener Küche, kleines Schlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse, modernems Bad. Wir fühlten uns sofort zuhause, wollten uns eigentlich gar nicht mehr von der genialen Terrasse wegbewegen. Was man wissen muss, man braucht ein Auto, direkt im Ort gibt es zwei kleine, durchaus brauchbare Supermärkte, frische Brötchen auch sonntags, aber um essen zu gehen, muss man eher nach San Agustin oder noch ein bisschen weiter fahren.
