We offer this charming 40m² apartment for rent in Saint-Malo, 300m from Rochebonne beach, which can accommodate up to 3 travelers. Located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 150m² shared garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV,
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
You can enjoy a shared garden with furniture, plancha, shower back from the beach and a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is ideally located in the Rochebonne district, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Paramé market every Wednesday and Saturday morning.

If you choose to come by car, free street parking is available nearby.
