Sleeps 3 guests! Very nice, coastal, ground floor studio featuring kitchen w/ full-sized refrigerator & undercounter ice maker, king-sized bed & twin sleeper chair in the same room (best for small adult/child), & private patio just 345 steps to the powdery sand & pristine waters of the Emerald Coast. End unit surrounded by trees. Community pool & hot tub. Beach access across the street. Near Pier Park. Background screenings (w/ waiver) for guests.
The main carport entry has a keypad to a shared hallway then dead bolted studio door for privacy. The studio is on the first floor and includes the private back patio with string lights. One parking space in the carport may be used, and overflow parking is at the end of the complex near the studio. Please note the use of Ring Doorbell and cameras for security purposes on the exterior premises.

Why they chose this property
One street from Laguna Beach and just a few miles to Pier Park. We love the quiet end of the beach and local neighborhood favorites such as Thomas Donuts and Carousel. If you know, you know! Located on the west end of the beach near Inlet and Rosemary Beaches. That gorgeous water is a main attraction!
What makes this property unique
Our little studio has the best of both worlds...3 minute walk to the gorgeous water (away from high rise condos and crowds) and surrounded by green space on 3 sides.
