Located on the 3ᵉ floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a sleeping area with a retractable bed with a real memory foam mattress for two ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen;
- a shower room ;
- and a lounge area for relaxing after a day out.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: TV, microwave, washing machine, iron, wifi, towel, fridge, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located just a 6-minute walk from the "Robespierre" metro station on line 9, and a 10-minute walk from Vincennes station on the RER A . You'll also find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
A Franprix supermarket is just a minute's walk from the apartment for your daily needs.

## Emplacement
Located in Montreuil, the studio is close to Paris' 20th arrondissement. The 20th arrondissement is a lively, bustling, popular and friendly neighborhood. It's home to a large number of theaters and cafés-théâtres. You'll find everything from punk rock to ethnic music, especially in the vicinity of Bagnolet, south of the cemetery, and Ménilmontant, around the hill and avenue of the same name. The district's main tourist attraction is the Père Lachaise cemetery.
