Each of our studios located in Brian Head, UT are unique and have different specifics to offer for our guests.
This unit offers a Queen size bed and a Blow up Mattress. It has a basic stocked kitchen, just bring your food to enjoy a nice dinner staying in. Enjoy the mountain views right from the comfort of this studio.

The Space:
THIS UNIT IS A NON SMOKING AND NON PET FRIENDLY UNIT.


This cute studio is perfect for a small family. Complete with a pony wall to add privacy, and a basic stocked kitchen. Unit 106 boasts a queen size bed and a Blow up Mattress. This unit will be more than accommodating for you and your family's vacation.
There is a cooling fan for this unit.
Copper Chase Condominiums still holds the title of the premier complex in all of Brian Head. You will have access to Pool, Spa, Gym, Saunas, Locker Rooms, Lobby equipped with WiFi, Common area kitchen for larger groups, and Coin-op Laundry Facilities. Our Complex also is set for ski out capabilities to the Navajo Mountain. Please remember we are a condo complex, not a hotel. Please contact your Property Manager for any assistance you might require. All units are individually furnished, please ask Property Manager if your condo has a specific amenity. (i.e. blow dryers, crock pots, roasting pans etc.)
PLEASE NOTE: NIGHTLY RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE CLEANING FEE OR TAX

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY COPPER CHASE UNITS BY RENTAL GUESTS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THE PET IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU BRING A PET, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $250 FEE, PLUS A $50.00 PER HOUR FEE TO CLEAN THE UNIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Children under 5 may not use a public spa pool under any circumstances. Children under the age of 3 (and anyone not in control of their bowel) must wear swim diapers and waterproof pants beneath their swimsuits to provide three layers of protection against a fecal release event. No solo bathing, and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. These are state law requirements.

Wristbands are required and are located in the unit.

No food or glass is allowed in the pool area.

POOL HOURS: 10AM - 10PM

UNDERGROUND PARKING IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Nice apartment with a great view. Looks small but more than enough space for four people. Well-equipped kitchen, queen size bed with roll out sofa bed. The unit is located on the same level with the pool next to the lobby and very close to parking access. Walking distance to the ski lifts. Heated garage. Friendly costumer service. Nice place.

Needs more update.

Overall the location is fine, in fact the location is the best part of the property. The check in process was seemless. Once inside, I noticed that the place was not sufficiently cleaned. There was a lot of dust on the lower shelf of the coffee table, the pots and pans need to upgraded because the non-stick is peeling off. The Utensils and some of the pits and pans were not cleaned. There was a water leak and once informed of this issue, the management was prompt to address the issue.

Good liitle room

Room was in good condition everything worked and clean. Really better than I expected given my late date of booking. Winters management was awesome to deal with. One thing to be aware of though is the under unit parkimg is not reserved. There is some outdoor parking, but driving a diesel I was very much wanting the controlled under unit parking not a deal breaker but something to be aware of.

Great Value!

The up sides: a quiet, peaceful inexpensive place to stay while exploring this beautiful area. We went to the Shakespearian festival in Cedar City, Cascade Waterfalls near Duck Creek, Zions National Park, Cedar Breaks, and explored many beautiful side roads and backways. Overall, it was a great trip! The down sides: the carpets need to be cleaned as the room looks fresh but smells dusty. The kitchen has very little counter space for food prep. The bed was firmer than we like, and the hot tub and pool was not open the second time we tried to use it.
