Free access to the lake is on Log Cabin Road at the state access area, a short walk from the cottages. Forest Lake State Park is 5 minutes away.

No open fires outside or flames inside. There is a gas grill and an LP fire pit for your use at the cottage.

Good place to stay for 🎅 Santa’s Village

Nice, simple, clean, location. The main goal was to visit Santa’s Village, and have a place near by. Glad that pets were allowed. Overall, very good. One small thing, is that yes, it has a lake view and very nice view, just wish there was easier, more direct access.

Cozy, warm and inviting

Marcus and Collette were great. They really made my wife and I feel welcomed and very well prepared for anything that we may needed. We're looking forward to staying again in the fall to see the foliage. Thank you Marcus And Collette

Wonderful weekend get away!

This was a beautiful spot with lake views and a super comfy bed! It was much roomier than I expected. We had our two little girls ages 4 and 1 with us plus our two 65lb dogs and we fit just fine! I would recommend bringing a pack and play for the baby to sleep in, we forgot ours and she had to sleep between us every night! There’s a cute little restaurant next door called grandmas kitchen too! We walked over for an early dinner one night and it was pretty good! There is so much to do within a 15 minute drive of the cabin! It’s not fancy but my family loved it’s laid back feel!

Great location, but overpriced.

Close to ski resorts and lots of outdoor activities. Was disappointed that Grandma's Kitchen was closed, and the price was too much for what we got. Also, we booked for 3 nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper. To be fair, the owners emailed to let them know if we needed anything, and I'm sure they would have supplied more TP, but we only discovered that there were no extra rolls anywhere at 10:30PM on New Year's Eve, and it didn't seem right to bother them at that time. But it seems reasonable that there would be more than one roll supplied for a three night stay for a family of four who paid as much as we paid.

Absolutely adorable little cottage. Everything we could need was available!

Super easy. We walked to Grandma's Kitchen (one of our NH faves) and just really enjoyed our stay. It was central to all our visiting spots.

Great place for base camp

Quiet, pet-friendly, easy to find location. Marcus was very helpful and attentive. Great place to use a base for day hikes on the area trails.

Amazing

Very nice place to stay at very clean quis it clean quiet the property managers were very nice easy to communicate with. I will definitely be coming back in the springtime and maybe once this Winter aswinter as I love traveling up in that area it's a get away from me I'm from Massachusetts and this is the place to go and relax.

The stay

The owners of the property were awesome and very helpful. The view and property was just beautiful. Did wish had access to water but bad weather anyways so worked out for us even though had to accommodate and plan other things instead of kayaking. Also would of been nice if jacuzzi worked but we managed. Still enjoyed and relaxed and loved the owners of the property. Thank you so much for everything it was a pleasure to meet both of you.

Cozy cottage

Only two of us and one anxious dog. Kind hosts and easy checking in process. You have a lake view and a good diner 2 minute walk away!

Great Get-A-Way

Great place to stay. Cosy cabin. Kitchen was super well stocked. Wonderful hosts. Very close to some great hikes. We are old so did many easy hikes, but huge variety.
