Vinyl is a haven of comfort and convenience, combining mid-century modern with a splash of color and nostalgia. This 4-bedroom townhome, including a private den, comfortably caters up to 12 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with an en suite bathroom and a Smart TV. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are all on one open floor, perfect for gathering to plan your day or to debrief after a night out! Our rooftop deck is the cherry on top, offering a view of the city's skyline, making it an ideal spot for a morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.

Nice place for big group

The house was very nice and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Decor was very trendy and perfect for the Nashville music vibe. There are a lot of stairs as there are 4 floors so could be a problem for some. The only negative about the house is the heating/cooling system. We went in December, which was cold, and each room has an individual wall unit. Apparently the units cannot individually be on different temps/modes. We ended up very hot most of the time with no way to alter our thermostat. We did call the property management company and they tried to help us over the phone. The second night wasn't as bad, but still not easy to control individual temps for each room.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The perfect condo. Plenty of space for our group of 9. Comfortable. Clean. Super convenient for walking around East Nashville(Joyland, Music City Gyros, Attaboy, Boom Bozz Pizza) and a quick Uber ride to downtown. I'm a vinyl guy so this was just a cool place to stay...loved the decor, especially the lava lamp. The very minor negatives: if you put the address into any food delivery app/Uber, they come to the opposite side. Couldn't get from back to Neill Ave without going around the block. Couches & carpets were pretty dirty. My bathroom didn't seem very clean, hair in shower, loofahs left from previous guest.Literally everything else was great! Thanks Playlist!

Birthday celebration

We had a great time at this location spending quality time with family and friends from different states. "Technically" plenty of places within walking distance to eat and enjoy nightlife, but we perferred to take a car service to a central location and walk around from there. Really nice that each room had its own ac unit for no one had to fight about the temperature lol. And every bedroom having its one bathroom was much appreciated by all. The area is currently in the process of some new residential construction but we didn't have any problem with noise or traffic. I would definitely recommend this location to others, super cute and easy/convenient location to everything.

Wonderful stay!

We came to Nashville for our friend’s bachelorette party and this property did not disappoint! Such a beautiful and clean place - furniture was super comfortable and the decor was adorable. We had a wonderful stay :)

Perfect Nashville Bachlorette Pad "Vinyl"

We came into Nashville for a LONG bachlorette weekend and we really were blown away by "Vinyl". The place was perfect for our party of 11 women and the design of the bedrooms and bathrooms fit us all quite comfortably. We did use the kitchen to cook quite a bit, and with it being fully stocked it made our culinary forays go very smoothly. The proprietors made sure there were enough towels and bathroom supplies ( towels, blow dryers, shampoo, soap) to last throughout our stay, and the location was PERFECT. It was about less then 10 minutes from our East Nashville location to downtown and Broadway in the midst of all of the action. Even around the Vinyl neighborhood there are tons of places to eat and drink which we did as well. The rooftop deck was very comfortable to just hang out at and even though we had neighbors in the accompanying townhouses, we barely heard them at all. There is even a shared back yard and grill to use as well! Our parking pad was large enough to fit our rental van, which was also a huge plus! I would definitely stay here again when coming to Nashville. It was an effortless and awesome experience which as it should be. Everyone loved the hip and funky vibe of Vinyl and the amount of spaces made it perfect for our large bachlorette group. Also, I have to say, I was impressed by the management, as my daughter had broken her foot before our trip (She's the bride) when informed the management, they let us have an early check in free of charge! A+

Was a great place to stay, you definitely get yours steps in with all the levels. ;) Very clean and plenty of space. Quick uber rides to downtown Nashville. Would stay again!!

The apartment is in an up and coming area where lots of rental type home are going up. It is about a 7 minute Uber ride to Broadway (45 minute walk) The decor is adorable and the beds are all very comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and only a phone call away. Would definitely stay again

Home set up for a large group

This property was made for large groups. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Walking distance to the Eash Nashville bars and restaurants. Great place for large groups to spend the week(end)

Music City Bowl trip

The home was very clean and well maintained. Having 6 bathrooms was key to having our group feel like they were not on top of eachother. Being close to the stadium was nice and close to downtown. We went to Walmart to get groceries when we arrived. It was about 15 minutes away. The neighborhood is very eclectic. Very nice and new homes and construction to very run down within the same block. We enjoyed our stay. Thankful for free parking as well. We had 4 cars at one point and parking close to the property was not a problem.

September 2022 Stay

This property is great for large groups with several beds/bedrooms and bathrooms. we had four couples, each with our own room and bathroom. the common areas were nice for hanging out as a group at times. reasonably close to Broadway, about a 10 minute Uber ride. My biggest complaints about this property is it is located next to what appear to be drug dealer house (lots of sketchy activity going on), the place could have been a lot cleaner, especially bathroom floors and under beds. Finally the place had a noticeable bad oder that was still on my clothes when I got home and had to wash everything. I suspect prior smokers possibly? East Nashville is an up and coming area with lots of improvements happening and this place is close to cute neighborhoods, just not the one it is in. the place worked for our stay, we did not have any issues with the neighborhood/drug houses (but dies feel riskier coming home at night) and we got used to the smell.

Perfect spot for a girls trip

There were 11 people in my group for a girls trip to Nashville. Having 6 bathrooms was an absolute lifesaver! The condo was very spacious and we never felt like we were on top of one another. It's a super quick Uber ride to Broadway but in a quiet neighborhood so you can easily have the best of both worlds. The beds in this condo are absolutely fantastic. Amazingly comfortable! Definitely recommend if you're planning a Nashville getaway with a larger group.

Family trip

The east Nashville house was perfect for our group of 12. So much space, modern and clean. We liked being so close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood, with some bars and restaurants nearby. We used the little yard and bbq. Thanks, we really enjoyed it.

Luxurious and spacious place 9 minute Uber ride from Broadway

Place looked exactly like the photos and was really nice and clean. Located in East Nashville, you need to Uber to go to the downtown area but it’s only 10 minutes away. Would recommend and would absolutely stay here again!!

Finally Made It!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After delays from COVID, we finally made it to Nashville to celebrate several milestone birthdays and ended up with Honeymooners as well! We had a great time staying in Vinyl, the set up was awesome for a large group of couples as everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. For those with younger children, there are three flights of stairs, so beware as this could be a concern for anyone with toddlers but it was great for us as everyone had their own space. The kitchen had everything that we could need to cook which we did for mostly breakfast and snacking, but would have been fine if we cooked any large meals. The beds were comfy, plenty of linens and having hair dryers in each bathroom was nice. The wet bar on the top floor next to the balcony was a great feature as trekking down three flights of stairs for beverages may have become annoying. We will definitely use Playlist Properties for any future trips we make to Nashville as they were great to work with **ESPECIALLY ALEX, THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!!!

Great Stay

Just got back from my bachelor party and this house was great! We had 8 people total which sort of felt like the max for each person wanting their own bed. House looks awesome, is in a great neighborhood for food/drinks and had a nice covered roof deck that still got some sun. Definitely would recommend.
