Welcome to our charming, recently renovated 17 m² flat, ideally located in Golfe-Juan, on the outskirts of Cannes, in a peaceful, secure residence.

The flat has been thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals. It has been designed to ensure a pleasant stay for two people. The bathroom has a modern design with a walk-in shower and toilet.

Located less than 50 metres from the beach and just 100 metres from the shops, our flat offers easy access to everything you need. You can also explore the city at your own pace, as Cannes city centre is just 4 km away, offering the perfect combination of coastal tranquillity and proximity to the hustle and bustle of the city.

ACCESS FOR GUESTS
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay and will be greeted in person upon arrival.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Linens are provided for stays of 6 nights or more, and are available at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and upon request.
An additional payment request may be required for the tourist tax, depending on the booking platform chosen.

SERVICE
To facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link that we will send you once the reservation is confirmed. After that, you will have access to a digital welcome booklet available throughout your stay.
