In Bolquère, we offer this charming 36 m² apartment with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large bedroom and a cabin bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom (with bath). The accommodation includes :
- 15 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: double sofa bed
- A sleeping area that can be considered as a second bedroom (at the entrance, separated by a sliding door): a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A 6 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Bolquère, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Bolquère 4.7 km (about 8 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes, 90 km away (approx. 1h30)
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.
