The Finca Can Pili is located in the southeast of Mallorca, near the port town of Porto Colom. Set in a beautiful garden with pool, invites the Finca to relax and unwind. From the large terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view of the just 2 kilometers away deep blue sea. The covered loggia on the west side of the house is the ideal place to relax after a sunny day with a glass of wine or a cocktail. Situated in front of the terrace and pool surrounded by palm trees (size: 10m x 4m) with separate seating area offers refreshment on hot days and fun for the whole family. On the east side of the Finca there is a spacious outdoor shower, a summer kitchen and an additional seating area, where you can enjoy at breakfast the rising sun already. On the ground floor of the finca has 2 bedrooms with double beds (width: 1.80 m or 1.60 m), a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. From the hall you reach the with many great details plan living / dining area with kitchen and utility room. Upstairs is a bedroom with bunk beds (children), a large bedroom with double bed (width: 2 m) and a generously proportioned bathroom with two sinks, tub, shower and toilet. From the balcony of the bedroom you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the monastery of San Salvador.

Sehr schöne Finca mit grossem Pool. Obwohl die Nächte sehr heiss waren (keine Klimaanlage), haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war vorbildlich und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen das Haus für einen Familienurlaub gerne weiter.

Für Entspannung ein Traum
Die Finca war wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Deshalb war alles nur mit Auto erreichbar. Aber für entspannte Tage mit der Familie wunderbar! Man war für sich alleine und auch die Vermieterin und die Betreuer des Hauses waren super nett! Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit unserer 7köpfigen Familie in dieser Finca in traumhafter Lage.Bei kleineren Problemen konnte unser Betreuer sehr schnell Abhilfe schaffen. Leider hatten wir bei unserer Abreise übersehen, dass in der Endreinigung der Restmüll vom letzten Tag hätte von uns entsorgt werden müssen.Das war unbeabsichtigt, zumal wir von andreren Ferienwohnungen es gewohnt waren, dass das zur Endreinigung gehört.Tut uns nachträglich leid

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und für eine Familie einfach perfekt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Check out um 9.30 Uhr, was die Abreise etwas stressig gestaltete. Nichtsdestotrotz: sehr zu empfehlen! :)

Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal da. Die Finca ist herrlich gelegen, absolut ruhig, und dennoch sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar. Das Haus wird von Eigentümer und Verwaltern hervorragend gepflegt-bei unserer Ankunft war alles vorbildlich gereinigt. Der Pool und der Garten sind ein absolutes Highlight...und die frischen Feigen vom Feigenbaum ein besonderes Extra. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal.

Vi hade en underbar vecka i detta huset. Rent och fräscht med alla faciliteter som kan tänkas behövas. Området är väldigt lugnt men det finns samtidigt bra utflyktsmål som bl a Palma stad inom en timmes räckhåll. Gillade särskilt kvällspromenaderna i området. Hoppas och tror att vi kommer tillbaka.

Finca mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail
Wir haben schöne Tage in der Finca "Can Pili" verbracht. Bereits im Vorfeld hat ein sehr netter Kontakt zu den Gastgebern stattgefunden. Zur Einstimmung auf den Urlaub haben wir eine umfangreiche Informationsmappe erhalten mit vielen Infos rund ums Haus. Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir von der Verwalterin Yvonne herzlich empfangen. Sie stand uns während unseres Aufenthaltes jederzeit als Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung. Die umfänglich ausgestattete Finca mit großem Garten ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Finca ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sowohl Innen- als auch Außenküche laden zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein. In der Küche des Hauses findet man alles, was man zur Zubereitung von Speisen braucht. Auf dem Außengelände sind besonders die vielen gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten und die tolle Außenküche mit Gasgrill hervorzuheben. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Familie Friedrich für den Aufenthalt in ihrer wunderschönen Finca.

A wonderful vacation
We rented this place for a week in july to enjoy a holiday with our children and grandchild. We were seven people in total and the house worked really well for us. We wanted a peaceful place where we could relax and spend time together and it was exactly what the house and area offered. A lot of brilliant family time. We arrived late saturday night and a very nice couple met us and showed us the house and told us about the surroundings. They were very helpful throughout the stay and they answered straight away when we texted them about minor questions. The lovely couple live nearby and it was nice to know that they were reachable in case we needed their help. The house was very clean, pleasently decorated and very spacious. The pool area is incredible and we spend most of our time there and on all the beautiful terrasses. The house is surrounded by green areas, lovely trees and flowers and we really enjoyed the large and well kept garden. The barbecue was extremely clean and brand new so we did not need to drive to a restaurant. We spend every day at the house and only left it for walks to the amazing beach nearby. We had a wonderful stay at Finca Can Pili and we can indeed recommend the Villa. We would love to return in the near future for another stay at Finca Can Pili.

Schon wieder wunderschön!
Mal wieder ein gelungener Aufenthalt! Wir waren 2015 schon mal in der Finca und hatten wieder sehr schöne und angenehme Tage. Die Lage ist gut, ruhig und das Objekt wirklich schön! Ich würde sagen, wir kommen wieder!

Einfach traumhaft !
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser tollen Finca verbracht und haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir bekamen schon im Vorfeld Informationen und Tipps vom Vermieter zur Finca und zur Umgebung, sodass die Vorfreude auf den Urlaub groß war. Dort angekommen wurden wir von Andreas, dem Betreuer der Finca, sehr herzlich empfangen und bekamen auch von ihm nützliche Tipps und Hinweise. Die Finca ist noch viel schöner als es die Fotos erahnen lassen. Das gilt natürlich auch für den Pool und den wunderschön angelegten Garten. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und haben beschlossen, wir werden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!!

La maison a de superbes volumes. La seule chose qui manque est un ventilateur dans la chambre des parents en-haut. Jardin, piscine, cuisine et salon extérieur magnifiques. De beaux espaces très bien conçus… douche extérieure : très agréable!
