It was a great surprise to find this cabin in the woods close to family. It checked all the boxes with a clean, comfortable space with internet, hot water, and peace and quiet. Lots of nice thoughtful touches throughout. Don't be deterred by the "rough roads" comments. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!
Distance from the river and the rough road you had to go down
The property was very beautiful. Just a distance from the river and the rough road you had to go down to get to the cabin is my only complaints. Everything else was very pleasant, relaxing very well kept. It was a very beautiful weekend weather kind of sucked but other than that than that
We have been to this cabin several times and love everything about it. It’s always clean. Secluded but not to far from town. Hosts are great to work with and very hospitable!! Can’t wait to go back!!
We had a great stay at the cabin for our kayak weekend. Mary Kay was very proactive and communicative from the start and we felt very welcomed. The property itself is peaceful and quiet, we felt very safe. The cabin had everything you would need and was very clean, there were a lot of nice touches. We really enjoyed the nice grilling area and fire pit as well!
This immaculate cabin in the woods was just what we needed to leave the world behind and relax for a few days. The cabin is adorable and the fenced in property beautiful. I couldn’t get enough of that front porch and the absolutely gorgeous view! The rain hitting the tin roof was so relaxing!. Our host, Mary Kay was very accommodating. Would definitely consider returning and highly recommend.
We loved our stay at this property. As other reviews have mentioned the cabin is very well appointed with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great, two very important things after a long day at the river!
We have stayed several time is this cabin and have been very happy ever time. It is clean, comfortable, well stocked and the host always goes above and beyond for guest.
We have a large family and met up in Eminence to kayak Jacks Fork. Our parents and some of the teenagers preferred not to camp so we booked this cabin, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip! It accommodated all os us being able to reconvene each day to cook share a meal (all kitchen items you need, outdoor gazebo with grill) , play games (horseshoes, darts, board games), or sit around the fire pit and shoot the breeze. What really puts it over the top is the host- very hospitable and goes above and beyond! This place is awesome!
Wonderful cabin on nice property. Everything was well stocked, such as the kitchen and chairs and firewood. The beds were comfortable and mary kay is nearby and very helpful.
This was a perfect cabin for a family to stay in. Close enough to town for a river trip or icecream but far enough away to feel your away from it all.pretty view and a cozy well appointed cabin that my family and i will definitely return too.
Spent two nights, floated Jack’s Fork, cooked out on the grill, played darts. Beds were super comfortable. Well thought out- all needs met. Had everything someone would need- even little shampoos and bath soaps.
We had an amazing time at this secluded cabin in the country. Everything was clean and well kept. My family had fun playing the provided board games on the front porch while enjoying the scenery. Mary Kay is a very conscientious host and does everything she can to make your stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
My son and I are starting an adventure and hope that you will share in this adventure with us. I have been in a different business most of my life for other people and just decided to set out on a new adventure of my own. My youngest son wants to stay in the area and needed something to work toward. We came up with cabin rental. We get to meet new people all the time and share with them our piece of paradise.
Why they chose this property
