Giggles and squeals of laughter will be music to your ears as the kids run down the path to the glorious wide open expansive sandy beach. You'll be racing down there too just so you can kick off your flip flops and dip your feet in the water.

As one of the most sought after sand beaches along the shore, its ideal for young swimmers.

Sun, sand, water and loved ones. This is truly what a family vacation should be.

Just pulling up to the property will make your heart beat faster. And this is where you get to spend your vacation! Wow!!

Built in 1928, this historic beauty is a welcoming retreat for your family with maximum sleeping for 8 people. It's pet-friendly too (with restrictions) so you might not have to leave Rover behind after all.

Open living spaces surround the large gas fireplace and are highlighted by stunning lake views. Character is abundant with beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, balconies and a lovely portico. But it's the beach that makes this place truly outstanding.

There is air conditioning on the second floor in all bedrooms. Please note that there is no air conditioning on the first floor of this beautiful property.

This property has a Minut system to monitor for heat, humidity, noise and internet connectivity.

This property has three bedrooms available to guests with sleeping for a maximum of 8 people.

Spectacular Views!

We loved our stay with our pup! The location to, access to, and view of lake was incredible. Nice big sandy beach with an extended shallow entrance into the water. And for me, there isn’t much that could beat morning coffee on the deck and having an evening fire on the beach to make the provided s’mores! That was a nice touch. They also provided wood and lots of beach related items and more. Keep in mind that this historic home is of course old on the inside with steep stairs to the upstairs but lots of space and paired with all the things listed above, made it more than worth it! Management was very communicative and friendly, thank you for a great stay!

Loved it

We loved this historic house. Everything we needed was there from towels, blankets, umbrellas, beach cart, to gas grills, coffee filters, even reusable grocery bags for our trip to the grocery store. There was literally not one thing we needed that wasn’t there. Management was very responsive to our questions, responding within minutes. Highly recommend this location.

Family Vacation

A beautiful place to vacation. So close to Buffalo, if need to get back. But also seems far enough away to be a vacation. The sandy beach and shallow water were great for all ages.

Fantastic beach stay

Wonderful breeze! Great space for a large group and overall everything worked well. Check-out was a bit early though -- an extra hour or two to pack up would have been good.
