Come relax in this recently updated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in The Palms of Rehoboth. The primary suite has a new Tuft and Needle King bed. The second bedroom has a new Tuft and Needle queen mattress as well. The blue chair also opens up as a small bed for young (small) children. There is a new queen sofa bed in the living room. Situated walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping at Tanger Outlets. 2 miles away from downtown Rehoboth Beach. Relax in the screened in porch, the sundeck, or go downstairs to the community pool. Watch your favorite movies or play games and do puzzles on a rainy day. Equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys. Kitchen is fully stocked so you can decide to cook inhouse instead of going out. Perfect getaway. ***FULL DISCLOSURE ***

I wish i could give 10 stars!

Everything was perfect! We traveled from Louisiana to see family in Delaware and it was such a great experience! Very clean, well stocked and percect location! We enjoyed the outlets, the restruants and the beach! The condo had beach chairs that were perfect because we didnt have our own! We really enjoyed ourselves and the pool on the off days we didnt go to the beach really made for a great trip! Thanks again and we cant wait to come back!

Nice Place - Great Location!

This place was very clean and spacious! The location was perfect - short drive to Rehoboth Beach and we could walk to the outlets! Everything we needed - grocery store, liquor store, restaurants... - was close by! Communication with the host was fast and easy! Instructions were clear - definitely read them - 3rd floor walk up - no elevator and bring your own sheets/towels! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Rehoboth Home

This condo was absolutely lovely and so many thoughtful items stocked. Clearly Dennis and Rosa want to make sure that you really feel it is a home away from home. The place was spotless cleaned and the decor modern and lovely. The beds were so comfortable that we ended up buying the same mattress the day we left! The condo is located near to everything and there's plenty to do right there too between the gorgeous porch and the pool that is right around the corner. The only negative was that there was only 1 bed in the 2nd bedroom - if my kids got along it would be no problem, but we ended up just using the couch and Rosa texted me back immediately to let me know where the linens were for that, so the problem was solved by the owners in minutes. Even without the other bed, we are planning to come back as soon as we can! The owners are delightful, the place is beautiful - if you are thinking of booking here, do so with confidence!

Great Family Trip

This was a great & memorable family getaway- Rosa was responsive and helpful! The condo was located perfectly and close to everything. It was clean, well stocked, and even had Bonus things we were able to use- like games, beach chairs, beach towels/ etc. I truly couldn’t think of anything else we could have needed! Thanks for being amazing hosts- we hope to stay again in future!

Great stay

The condo was perfect for our 2 adults and 3 teens. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you choose to eat meals in. The king bed in the master suite was very comfortable. The queen bed was great for 2 girls but the blue little couch in the room was not comfortable, so the 3rd teen used the pull out sofa in the living room. Great screened in porch and patio. Girls walked to the outlets on the rainy day and the beach is super close by car. Would definitely stay here again.

Home Away from Home

The kids were looking for a relaxing week at the beach. We got exactly that! The property was like our home away from home with its cleanliness, decoration and amenities. The only thing was the listing wasn't updated with the recent changes in the rental. It was advertised as a full/queen bed with a twin bed in the extra bedroom. My pre-teen daughters were going to share that room. We found a full/queen bed and a chair that unfolded into a futon. Luckily the living room had a pull out sofa so one kid used that one. But everything else was AMAZING! Location was central and pool was nice to have when we didn't want to drive to the beach. We also found the DART bus stop that takes us to the beach very close by! We just loved the property and we did have a relaxing beach vacation.

All that and more

Rosa and Dennis have curated an adorable VRBO with all that your family will need and more. We had a busy sports schedule so we were not planning to cook a lot of meals but kitchen is fully stocked if we were to. Beach towels, chairs and a small portable cooler were provided as well as a washer/ dryer set up (key for us)! Located on the third floor, we were able to navigate easily without an elevator but just keep in mind, moving an overstocked cooler up those stairs can be tricky. Bring some additional helpers! My daughters and I had no problem. Linens and towels were superb as well as the cleanliness.

Needed more time for vacay

Rosa was wonderful to work with. She gave us all the details we needed to make our arrival easy and convenient. Comfy Condo

Great experience at this condo. It felt very cozy and we enjoyed our downtime on the deck and swimming in the pool. Check in was easy breezy. Location is great, in walking distance to some of the outlets/restaurants and close to downtown Rehoboth. Comfortable beds, linens, etc. Veey clean, we’d stay again!

Property exactly as advertised. Perfect.

We enjoyed our time at this property, in this area very much. The property had everything you could ever need, including all of the beach supplies (chairs, towels, etc.). This made it easier and left more room in the car for our trip there. This property was comfortable and homey. Three big screen smart tv’s for a little entertainment before bed. We had no issues while here. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return in the future. Thank you for having us Rosa! :)

Great Condo

My family of 4 stayed at the condo and we had a nice experience. The property was in a good location, it was very clean, and it had everything you could think of to make it feel like home. This is an excellent rental for people who want to cook during their stay. It had everything from spices to aluminum foil. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Rental!

Rosa was amazing from start to finish. Excellent at quick communications. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Loved the Tuft and Needle king mattress…my back (that hurts all the time wherever I sleep) stopped hurting that week! The WiFi worked without a hitch. Air conditioning was perfect…never had to adjust anything. Master bedroom shower was wonderful…had a lot of water pressure (better than at home). I enjoyed the artwork scattered everywhere. The Palms complex is within walking distance of a seafood restaurant and the Crackerbarrel and just across the street is my favorite outlet mall (with Crocs, Eddie Bauer, Jockey, etc). The only difficulty is pulling out of the parking lot and onto Route 1…but that’s what you get for being so centrally located. All in all it was a perfect vacation! THANK YOU Rosa!

Perfect Rehoboth Stay

We greatly enjoyed staying at this nicely decorated condo. It was like having a secound home away from home. The owners were very responsive and quick to answer. This place beats staying at a hotel anyday. Relaxing, comfortable and nice onsite pool. Highly recommend, especially with kids.

We liked its proximity to the shops, restaurants and beach and the views we get from the 3rd floor. Having a pool is a great asset as well if we don't have enough time to go to the beach or it is too chilly.
