Gite on one level, at the back of the owner's character house, not overlooked. House located in a quiet area 2 km from the town of Espelette, at the end of a dead end road, close to forests and offering a privileged view of the mountains. Fitted kitchen area (fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob), living room, lounge, 1 small bedroom (1 double bed), 1 large bedroom (1 double bed), shower room/wc. Electric heating included. Sheets provided, beds made, bathroom and household linen provided. WIFI connection. Car park. Unfenced private garden, private terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs. Warm atmosphere and neat decoration. Cottage 3/4 people (on request).
