Great Place to stay

The house was absolutely beautiful! I came here with my family for the Independence Day Holiday. Anne was a great host and very attentive. We couldn’t light our fireworks at the house due to HOA rules but Anne gave us directions to a private lake where we could drive and light them there. I would absolutely rent here again! We all had fun and enjoyed our time here. The only Thing I would suggest is a later check out time. 10 Am is a bit early when most places give you 11 or 12. I felt like it was a check in late, (4pm) leave early kinda stay.

Good Location - Fair Accomodations

We had a nice stay. The bedding, towels, and incidentals were good. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and short drive to JFBB & Camelback. The kitchen has cookware but not enough/big enough for a group. The TV is locked down so you're stuck with the owners pkg/subscriptions. The family room couch is uncomfortable and more seating would be needed for 4+ (We used the dining room chairs). The thermostats are programmed to setback constantly (sub 60 degs), so we needed to keep returning to 68-70 every few hours. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions/needs. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Guys Weekend

Great place to stay. The amenities were as advertised, which is always nice. Communication with host was quick and responsive. My group and would stay again.
