Charming and cozy beachfront cottage on a 2 mile long sandy beach.
Wake up to a beautiful sunrise, then enjoy the sun, sea breeze, and fabulous views all day long. Have dinner together while watching a gorgeous ocean sunset, and surfers playing in the waves. Just a short beach walk at low tide to incredible tidal pools teeming with fascinating aquatic life. Relax with a book while listening to the calming waves, play board games on the deck, or enjoy a game of bocce in the sand. Great visit
Loved the sun room and simply watching waves while sipping our coffee. Great sunrise and even a full moon rise during our short visit. Fortune Rocks beach is a wonderful gem.

Retreat to the Beach
This beach house is the perfect escape. Beautiful sunrises, direct beach access, comfy beds and a well appointed kitchen. We watched the waves roll in from the warm front porch and combed the beach for treasures. In the evening we sat by the gas fireplace and watched movies. This was our second time renting and we will be back!

Awesome location, perfect house
We came up for my cousins birthday and the Christmas Prelude. This home was percent for the 3 of us, the lovely gas fireplace on a cold night and an awesome porch facing the ocean The beds were very comfortable It was quiet and peaceful just what we wanted

We very much enjoyed our stay on this ocean front property. It was very clean, the owner/manager was very hospitable, and it had a gorgeous view of the sun rise over the ocean. The beach was our front yard. We met the owners sister at check in who showed us around the house when we arrived. Thanks to the owners for sharing your gorgeous ocean front property with us for a relaxing weekend getaway 😊

Everything about our trip was amazing! Tyler was extremely responsive, each and every time I reached out. This very cozy home is directly on the ocean and is exactly as described. Super clean, the BEST location, and of course it didn't hurt we had wonderful weather! Not that it would have mattered. It is evident the care and love that has gone into this longtime family home. And seriously, there is EVERYthing you could possible want or need for your stay. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. Even our fur baby was at ease, which meant the world to us. All of our favorite restaurants and shops were close enough by for us to venture out, then return to this little slice of heaven. Nothing better than waking up or falling asleep to magical sound of waves hitting the shore. We definitely would love to return!

The best spot on the beach
I’ve stayed at this property multiple times over the years with my family in the summertime but this was my first solo trip in the winter. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge with my dog. They had everything I needed and even had the coziest fireplace. I’ll be back next year!

Fortunes Rocks cottage
The cottage was fantastic! It’s a prime location actually within reach of the beach. Very clean and comfortable place and we spent most of our time in the sunroom enjoying the ocean sights and sounds. I understand why visitors return to this charming cottage and we hope to come back again!

Fall Getaway
This was the 3rd time in 18 months that we've stayed at the Beachfront Cottage on Fortunes Rocks Beach, and we'd like to keep coming back. The cottage is immaculate, the beach is fantastic, and even though we had rain and cloudy weather for a few days, there's always something to see and do or just kick back and relax. The beach-facing sunroom is out of this world. Our two dogs simply love the cottage and beach. My son and his girlfriend visited for two days, and they were amazed at the entire experience.

Terrific Location
Tyler met us when we arrived to show us the property and explain all the features. What an incredible oceanfront view! We ate several meals in the sunroom overlooking the ocean. The furniture was comfortable and rooms nicely decorated. The gourmet deli in the town of Cape Porpoise is excellent. We went to Sea Salt Lobster and got the lobster dinner and went back the next day for lobster rolls. Other restaurants and grocery stores are close by. We enjoyed walking the beach with our border collie and taking incredible morning sunrise pictures. We loved staying at this property! We are already taking about a return trip.
