Bright and tastefully decorated, this lovely 45m² apartment is located on the 8th floor, accessible by an elevator, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a desk.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate and a microwave. There's also a dining space for two people.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment also has a washer and a dryer for your laundry needs.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The 19th arrondissement is a flagship for urban regeneration. Families enjoy the Canal de l'Ourcq with its waterfront promenade and bike lane that leads to Parc de la Villette. The park is home to museums such as the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and concert venues. The manicured Parc des Buttes Chaumont has waterfalls and city views, while hip crowds hang out in cafes and check out edgy art at Cent Quatre.

During the Summer, the Bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches). There, children and grown-ups play boules. Many pedaloes are seen on the canal, and people get a sun tan on the beach.

Between the water and the culture, Paris will be at your feet!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Crimée, is just a 9-minute walk.

The metro stations Riquet (Line 7), Stalingrad (line 2) and Marx Dormoy (line 12) are about 10 minutes away.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is about a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
