The view from our condo is like no other! The top floor really makes a difference! Our new glass balconies offer a spectacular full view of the beach. Lower floors can give you more of a dune view with some water, but at Casa Del Day, you enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf that only the top floor can provide.
In addition, our penthouse condo is situated in the upscale, private, gated Sunset Beach Community. Our pristine condition 4 Bedroom (3 full bedrooms and one hallway(2 XL Twin bunk room) and 3 Bath condo is located on the south (beach) side of 30A and is a short walk to the many restaurants, shops, and attractions (splash pad, playgrounds and more) at Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys Beach. Take our private elevator to the beach access and the exclusive heated, gulf-front pool overlooking the ocean (one of only a few on 30A) for Sunset Beach guests only. Dip in the pool and then down the steps to the beach! Well-equipped and maintained outdoor showers, foot rinse stations, and outdoor restrooms round out the fine amenities near the beach.

Casa Del Day was recently updated with high-end furnishing, professionally decorated with a classic coastal elegance design, and one of the few condos with a full island and bar with seating for three. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled, adding to the amazing accommodations. We also added a brand new air conditioning unit and hot water heater!

Each full bedroom has its own bathroom, and the home includes a full kitchen, stainless appliances, granite countertops, travertine floors throughout, flat-screen TVs, wireless internet (1000 gig download), fireplace, a large balcony overlooking the pristine emerald waters of the Gulf, gas grill, washer and dryer, private parking for two cars, and an open floor plan with unbelievable and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

You can rent bicycles within walking distance at Peddler's of 30a. We do provide eight low-seated beach chairs. Umbrella and chair setups are available for rent right on the beach in front of our condo for your convenience. You can reserve in advance online by visiting www.ldvbeach.com select The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach from the drop-down menu.

Minimum nights required:
• Seven-night minimum during Spring Break & Summer seasons
• Saturday to Saturday bookings are required during Spring Break & Summer seasons, and Saturday changeover day is strongly preferred during other seasons
• Five nights minimum during the Late Summer season
• 3-night minimum during Fall & Winter seasons (excluding Holiday weeks)
• Five nights minimum/week for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s & Fall Break weeks

Immaculate Condo, Even Better Quality Owner/Lessor
As exquisite as is the Day family-owned property in Inlet Beach across a variety of dimensions, which I’ll elaborate upon shortly, the aspect that most distinguishes this rental is the Four Seasons-like concierge-style communication with the property owner for any and all needs. In the days preceding my stay, Helene strengthened from a tropical disturbance to a full bore hurricane that threatened to disrupt my scheduled visit to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday with her two brothers and my two aunts. As unfortunate as was the damage caused to the areas and the people ultimately affected by Helene (I.e. not Rosemary Beach generally or this property specifically), I was concerned about the possible disruption while the storm’s point of landfall was still uncertain. Accordingly, I communicated with Loy quite frequently over the days prior to my arrival and his responses, both in terms of speed and quality, were exemplary. He was reassuring and informative, two adjectives that described all my Interactions with him before, during and after my stay. These alone left an immensely positive impression on me and served as “icing on the cake” to a splendid condo ideally situated on the beach and within very easy walking distance to the town squares of both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The condo itself was immaculately clean, tastefully styled, sufficiently large, and well equipped in terms of cookware, technology, streaming networks, WiFi, beach gear and the like. This is a gem find!

Perfect Spot
We absolutely loved our stay! The view is breathtaking and the condo is gorgeous. Our 3 year old absolutely loved the little bunk bed room. The pool and beach were spectacular. Short walking distance to so many restaurants and shop. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). We will be back.

Ideal vacation getaway
This was a beautifully appointed condo with efficient room for everyone. The young children loved sitting at a high top table for meals. There were two lounging chairs to reading, relaxing or having a cocktail while enjoying a beautiful view from the fourth floor. The living room, dining room & kitchen were very user friendly. We ate dinner out each night. Our host provided get ideas for restaurants. Everything was true as advertised.

Beautiful location, however, the rugs, living room sofa and chairs, patio furniture were not only dirty but very stained. The sheets on the one queen bed were so stained I washed them before the first night but the stains remained. The covers and rugs on the patio furniture and rugs are nasty. Looked like someone had walked on the pillows as there were tread marks. We s Did not receive parking passes in our packet. The elevator was a hit or miss operation - working sometimes and not others. Subpar lighting in the bathroom you enter from the hall and no instructions on how to operate the televisions which was challenging. Finally, setting the HVAC on 72 degrees was a waste of time as the setting would change to 75 on its own during the night. Perhaps my expectations were too high however with the rental cost being what it was plus the cleaning fee I was certainty expecting something much nicer insofar as cleanliness!

This condo is beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. The pool is great as well! However, the beach is insanely crowded, which made it more difficult with kids (limited space for them to play, weaving through people to get to the ocean).

This property is a beach paradise with the most beautiful views, easy beach access, and walking distance to the beautiful Rosemary Beach or Amy’s Beach shops. It is a quiet and peaceful property stocked with all you need to enjoy a get-a-way. And beautiful does not even adequately describe the condo! Truly felt like a home away from home!

A magical experience
We had a wonderful stay at Loy and Linda’s rental property!! The location could not be more perfect, right in between Rosemary and Alys Beach. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. The view from this property is unmatched and the proximity to the beach is so convenient. We also enjoyed going to the pool which was right along the beach. Loy was very accommodating and responsive before and during our trip (as was the property manager during our stay). I cannot speak of this property highly enough!! The only suggestion I’d give to Loy is to provide beach towels - we had to scramble and get beach towels not knowing the property didn’t provide. We assumed they had them since they had their own beach chairs for us to use.. which was SO nice (saved us $900 for the week to not rent chairs!). Overall our family had a wonderful stay and already planning our next trip back to this magical place!

The house is beautiful and well appointed. Sits right on the beach in a beautiful area where you can walk to any number of restaurants and shops and lives up to the listing details. Let the renter beware though and I probably would not stay again only because of the beach situation….somehow the beach in front of the complex is “rented” to the hundreds of people in the Seacrest Beach area across 30A…. Our beach space was very limited and thank God the house came with beach chairs and umbrellas (I was here off season too) and you had to stake your claim every day. (Pool needs some updating too.). But the property itself was great.

Loved!!!!! The view from the porch is so fantastic we felt no need to rush to the beach. Elevators were easy, though I chose the stairs which made for great exercise. Everything we needed was in the place which is beautifully appointed. Host provided beach chairs and umbrellas - huge plus even though we brought our own. Hardest decision was whether we watched sunset from the porch or beach😉. Immediate response to any questions. Can’t wait to come back.

The Perfect Spot
This condo was truly the perfect location with a short walk into Rosemary and Alys for shopping and food. One of our favorite parts aside from the view was being able to utilize the wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided with the unit. A lot of condos and homes in this area you have to rent beach service in order to have a prime spot on the beach but each morning we were able to be front row right out front while saving that added expense. The kitchen is equipped and the owners and management team were very well responsive. Our family would love to stay here again!
