The open-plan living space comprises a lounge and dining area. The lounge has sofas, a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan and sliding doors out to patio with seating. The dining area has a table and chairs set for four.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, utensils, etc.

Also on the lower level you will find a spacious queen bedroom with a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with a bath/shower.

Upstairs you will find a spacious master bedroom suite with a king bed, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, an en suite bathroom with bath/shower.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin rooms with flat screen TV.

This property has a private double driveway that fits 3 cars with one blocking them in, central air conditioning throughout the entire home, ceiling fans and free Wifi.
