Friends and family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at this house! The rooms were great, all the kids especially loved the slide and the lightning effects in the super hero room! The pool was the perfect size for what we needed, we added the pool heat which I HIGHLY recommend because the hot tub after a long day of walking parks was amazing! The location of this house was perfect because you have lots of privacy at the pool being a corner lot with trees. Also, a quick walk to the clubhouse! The host was extremely accommodating from the moment we booked. Every question and concern I had was answered right away. We had to get the pool cleaned half way through our stay and they had someone sent within the hour to have it cleaned. This house is perfect for families to come together to have an unforgettable vacation, I know we did!

Best Stay Ever!!

This was the perfect property for the purpose of our stay! My organization brought a group of very deserving youth to attend the Pop Warner Super Bowl as spectators. The different themes in each room, heated pool, movie room and overall accomodations were nothing short of amazing. The kids will never forget this experience! We greatly appreciate the host for the warm hospitality and excellent communication!

Somewhat disappointed

Although at first glance the home looked lovely. Upon further inspection and time spent there we were a bit disappointed. A lot of water damage to kitchen cabinets and table in kitchen and ceiling. Missing items in kitchen such as wash clothes and drying towels. Some pillows in home on bed without pillowcases. (One phone call and they took care of that) We also found 3 roaches one in the bed on my sons shoulder while he was sleeping. I realize the American cockroach is common in Florida it's just kind of gross to find on you while you sleep. A lot of the chairs in the theater room were broken and did not recline. The pool was wonderful and all in all we had a great time. I just feel the owner should keep up with the repairs or he will not get return customers.

The stay was great. The house was clean and had plenty of stuff to do for the kids and teenagers, between ping pong, pool table, swimming pool, and resort water parks. Only downside is the theatre room AC was not working, so it unusable during our stay because it was so hot (early July.)

Amazing family fun!!

Something for eveyone. Movie room was awesome. Home is impeccable and everything was perfect. Loved the use of both water parks and it is close to Disney! Tons of room.

The house that we were supposed to stay in. I got a call a week before saying there was a glitch in the system and someone else had the house we wanted was rented already. So we had to take another home. It was nice but no where near the home we booked first. We were upset.

Great!!

We stayed at the house for just 2 nights but it was lovely. We had a mini family reunion with grandparents kids and grandkids. The house was awesome and the kids loved the slide and the cinema room. Pro tip, put a pillow or some blankets at the end of the slide. According to the kids it is fast and they liked the soft landing. Why did we even pay for park tickets when the slide was the highlight?!

Very pleased!!

This by far was our most favorite stay!! Especially the kids!! They loved the slide!! Even though we made arrangements prior to our trip to go to Disney and other places, we didn’t have to because the house was good enough and the amenities we were offered through the property was more than enough!! We definitely brought some of our own kitchen things but the house was well stocked! My family and I were all comfortable & didn’t want to leave 😢. We will gladly stay again!!!

Great Place to stay

The house was well maintained and clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space for our family of 14 that traveled over the weekend. There is plenty of space to gather and enjoy each other in the living room, movie room and pool. There are also plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The host was very responsive and responded almost immediately to our communication. There is everything you need close by like grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and gas stations. The Disney parks are about 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay

The house is beautiful, very clean and in a great area. Twenty-one of us stayed and were very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and there’s a lot to do without having to leave the house. They have a gaming/theater room, pool table, ping pong table, pool, jacuzzi and great patio with a grill. The kitchen is a great size so we were able to cook and sit all 21 of us. AND the owner was super nice and responded quickly if I inboxed him with any questions. The price was also very reasonable compared to the other houses I looked at. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Mr Carl for making my daughters graduation weekend even more amazing!

Poor cleanliness and bugs

Visually the home appeared to be clean, but as we stayed we started to notice some issues. The staircase railings were sticky. Multiple sightings of roaches throughout the home. They were in the bathrooms, in the bedrooms, and on the walls. I was watching tv and literally saw a roach crawl across the tv screen. The bedding wasn’t clean. One bed had no sheets, only a comforter. When the comforter was pulled back, a dirty sock was in the bed. One beds comforter appeared to have a semen stain. We had to wash all the sheets in the home because we weren’t confident they were clean. Every time I laid down in my bed, I could smell a foul scent, almost like mold. I realized it was my pillow. It smelled terrible! So not only did I have to wash the pillow cases, I also had to wash the actual pillow. The upstairs bedroom that had three beds was not insulated well. It was extremely cold and had no closet. It seems like the room was made into a bedroom, but it wasn't an actual bedroom. I contacted the owner about the lack of cleanliness. They said they would have the cleaners return. When the cleaners.returned, they didn’t have any cleaning supplies. They just brought additional sheets. The home could be really nice, but they need a better cleaning crew as well as pest control. There’s no reason why I should have to pay thousands to stay in a home for 5 days while having to clean my own linen, surface clean the home, and have at least 10 sightings of roaches. I won’t be back.

Large house with lots of space!

Our family loved this house! The amazing theatre room held lots of gaming, karaoke, and movies. The next favorite room was the insane super hero bunkbeds room! The ceiling had clouds that lit up and even a slide. The little ones loved this. We had plenty of bedrooms for our family and I liked that most had queens and one even had 3 beds which worked perfect for our teenagers. The kitchen was missing a few basic things for baking. They do need to check the drawers and add to the collection. Measuring cups/spoons come to my mind as something we were scrambling for. They did have plenty of plates and coffee mugs for a large family. The pool area was really nice and there is even a nice small yard in the back. We really enjoyed the patio out back as well. We played ping pong and even had room for cornhole. The living room was nice but the couches seemed more for decoration than lounging. The dining table was very large to sit a big family. We did have to park a couple cars at the clubhouse because there is just a regular driveway and doesn’t fit too many cars. There were a few dings and marks from visitors that could be touched up but other than that the house was clean. It’s about a 8 minute walk to the pool and clubhouse or a quick drive. It’s very close to restaurants and everything Disney. We had 21 people and fit comfortably in this house! I definitely recommend!

Broken AC with extreme heat warnings - 4 night stay

Upon arriving at the house we noted it was a little hot but assumed the AC had just been off since the house was vacant. Unfortunately the upstairs A/C was not working and this issue was not resolved at all during our stay. The first day a tech came out to check on the A/C and they were able to fix the wall unit in the theatre but not upstairs where all the bed rooms are. The next day a tech was supposed to come out again and no one ever came. The theatre was barely usable as the Netflix app kept freezing and you could only watch movies successfully on Tubi which was all the extremely old movies. If you tried to watch movies on any other streaming service it would never load. Then we added the pool heat but with the A/C being broken we barely wanted to use it because we were using the pool as a means to cool down from the house feeling like it was 90+ degrees upstairs. Several rooms were missing the Apple Remote, rendering them useless. A worker that came out to check on the A/C initially told us they had ordered more remotes but had not arrived yet. We never got the remotes. The kids room was super cute but didn’t have a fan and with no A/C it was impossible to sleep in most rooms especially the kids room. Most guests had to sleep on the downstairs couch or in the theatre because the upstairs was just too hot. Could not use the pool table upstairs, too hot. This was a big waste of my money and I regret renting from this owner.
