The Reel Summer Place is a single-story, three-bedroom, two-bath bungalow located in a quiet community with two swimming pools. The beach and two world-class golf courses are just a short drive away. All three bedrooms can be easily accessed from the open living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, and you can serve up to eight guests at the handsome dining table. Afterward, kick back in the living room to watch a good movie or show on the flatscreen TV. Don't forget to take a leisurely walk to the beach for a day of sun and sand.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fantastic Place for your family
This home was perfect for our World Series trip in July. We had access to two pools and the complex was cute and very quite. My 13 year old absolutely loved the large bean bag and slept there the entire time. Check in was a breeze as we were simply texted an entry code and continued communication during checkout as well as during an unexpectedly rare event (i.e. brush fire in Fort Morgan). We will definitely stay here again.

A little stuffy
Loved how quiet the area was and the quick access to pool and beach. Really enjoyed the Beach Club so close and fun for all ages. Great space for our 7 person family. Downside was the air conditioner issues that went unresolved the entire week. Soft spots in the floor were very sketchy. If there were no problems with the air conditioner and the place was more clean, I could have given a higher rating.

Wonderful place to stay, about a 3 minute drive to the public beach access parking. Home was clea...
Pool was amazing and super close. Cookware included every and anything needed. Clean and organized. Spacious enough to fit 7 of us comfortably with room to spare. Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people.

Cute. Perfect for families with small children.
Overall our stay was good. Super quiet beach community. The pools are perfect for families with small kids. The beach is close and there’s a little general store down the street with literally everything you need. I would suggest a few tips for folx looking to rent here. There’s also a nice playground about 15 min away in Gulf Shores if you need something for the little ones to do. (1) The televisions are not smart TVs and there is no streaming device. So you might want to bring your own fire stick with you. Otherwise there is a RedBox about 15 mins away where you can rent DVDs. (2) Bring your own beach gear. They have two chairs you can borrow but if you need anything else bring it with you - including beach towels.

Reel Summer Place
Very good time and the place worked out great. Nice place but for the owner, ceiling fan in the blue room needs to be worked on...cannot use. The shared restroom needs a new shower head that is adjustable. The one there now has no real water pressure, hard to get saop off. Turntable in microwave does not work. Floor in Master bed room needs some rework to add strength...the pool area was very nice and well kept. WE did enjoy our stay very much. Cute and accommodating
Beautiful and spacious. Only a few negatives: there were a few dirty dishes in cabinet, and the floor was unclean under dining table. Also, most places we have stayed had coffee filters and coffee as amenities, including salt, pepper and sugar. They did not. I made do. But over all we enjoyed our stay very much.
