Superb 3-bedroom duplex loft + parking.
The loft has two levels:
First level.
- A very spacious living room with dining area, modern and bright thanks to its large windows throughout.
- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room
- A bedroom with a private bathroom with bathtub
- A utility room with washing machine
- A WC
Second level.
- A mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room (note that the mezzanine opens onto the living room, so it is not completely hidden).
- A second bedroom with a private bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a spacious shower, accessible via a staircase at the back of the living room.
The flat will be carefully prepared for your arrival:
Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen.
All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!
This flat is located in a quiet building, so it is suitable for responsible and respectful travellers in order to respect the neighbourhood. Be sure not to have any parties or make any excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9pm.
You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival is possible 24 hours a day.
You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present.
