Located at an altitude of 1800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood and stone residence offering a magnificent panorama of the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding massifs.



Right in the geographical center of the Orres 1800 resort, it is ideally located opposite the tourist office, and the ESF and ESI offices and just a few steps from the departures of the slopes and hiking trails. The daycare center will also only be a few hundred meters away to drop off your toys.



There you will find modern and pleasant accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with a balcony overlooking the valley or the slopes and peaks.



Le Balcon des Airelles has a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool which will welcome young and old non-skiers. The swimming pool is only open in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025.



The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rental if necessary.

Accommodation:
This nicely redecorated 33 m² 2-room apartment is located slightly back from the central square of the Orres 1800 station for a quiet stay, a few steps from all amenities.
It has an entrance with storage, a living room with convertible sofa and television, a dining room - equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and electric towel dryer as well as a balcony facing the North-East, with garden furniture and offering a view of the resort and its peaks.
You will find the apartment equipped with all kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and vacuum cleaner so you can travel light.
For sleeping, you will find a 140 x 190 cm convertible sofa in the living room as well as a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the bedroom, for a capacity of 4 people.
You will have a private ski box to store all your ski equipment; and you can enjoy the residence's heated indoor swimming pool for a moment of relaxation after a sporting day in the mountains.
You will be located less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, but also from the ski slopes, and in summer only a few hundred meters from the mountain bike trails and the first hiking trails.
