Magnificent 300sqm villa in a unique location - pool heating, central heating, fireplaces

Our Provencal villa with about 300 square meters of living space is located on an approx. It has 4 individually furnished bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), a huge living area with 2 open fireplaces that opens over glass fronts to the east and west terrace, summer and winter kitchens and a glazed conservatory.

The illuminated, unobservable 65 sqm pool faces west and offers an overwhelming view of the panorama of the Esterel Mountains.

The house is almost completely covered with handmade tiles and tiles from Salernes. Solid, partly antique doors, built-in wardrobes and pieces of furniture have been selected and adapted with a lot of love and with reference to the regional character.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas hob, oven, dishwasher and large fridge / freezer combination. In the utility room there is a washing machine, ironing board and a large wine fridge ;-)

Très bonne appréciation
Nous étions parti sur une base de 4 chambres d'adultes, malheureusement, l'une des chambres était une chambre d'enfants. Devant notre déception, Ralph, le propriétaire, nous a gentiment offert un repas pour 8 au restaurant. Nous le remercions donc chaleureusement pour cette intervention. Quant à l'accueil, c'est une charmante voisine, Jessica, qui s'en est chargée d'une manière plus que parfaite. Nous la remercions également. Il faut donc simplement acter dans l'annonce que la villa est plutôt prévue pour 3 couples adultes et 2 enfants, et non pas 4 couples.

Große Villa in toller Lage
Sehr schönes und großzügiges Haus in Hanglage mit tollem Blick über die Ebene und den Ort Aups. Sehr angenehmer großer beheizter Pool. Verdon-Schlucht in 20-25 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung vor Ort durch die Verwalterin. Problemlose Kommunikation auch mit dem Eigentümer. Vielen Dank.

A peaceful retreat
Villa was very homely and exactly like the pictures or better! Very peaceful place, spacious and comfortable. There is a great coffee machine which uses fresh coffee beans too! Villa sits just above a small town which is in walking distance Aups. There is a market on Wednesday and Saturday I think where you can pick up some nice french cheeses and other nice things. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it with the kids, would highly recommend. The management and owner are also very nice and accommodating;)

Family holiday
This house is a real treasure. Located very close to the town, but a short walk up a hill in a quiet area. The views are amazing of the beautiful sunset. We stayed as a family of 6 (retired parents, ourselves and 2 x five year olds) and we all had a wonderful time. The pool was a huge hit with my boys. Thank you so much for letting the property to us, we’ll definitely be back :)

Top Adresse für Entspannung in der Provence
Dieses Haus bietet viel Platz und ist sehr schön gelegen. Von der Terrasse schaut man über die Dächern von Aups hinweg. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Vielen Dank an den Eigentümern und an Jessica, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat.

Grote villa in een oase van rust op een boogscheut van Aups
We genoten van een leuke vakantie in de villa. Vooral de rust en het uitzicht konden ons bekoren. Weliswaar dringen zich toch wat aanpassingen/ingrepen op zodat de toch stevige huurprijs van de villa verantwoord is. * de keuken moet beter voorzien worden van kookgerief, het gasfornuis is aan vervanging toe, er is geen microgolf... * er is een vaste bbq, weliswaar met een gammel rooster op enkele stenen, maar er is geen 'gereedschap' om te kunnen roosteren. * We waren met 8 volwassenen maar er was maar 1 huissleutel / bediening poort aanwezig wat zeer ambetant was. * in de grote kamer ruikt het muffig en s' nachts wordt je gewekt door het geritsel van muizen in ratten in het dak. * faiences in het zwembad komen los, een rooster in de vloer van het zwembad ontbreekt wat toch gevaarlijk is. Het terras rond het zwembad is in slechte staat. De kwaliteit van het zwemwater werd, gedurende onze periode van 14 dagen, niet gecontroleerd. * er is, na zonsondergang, zeer weinig licht in het overdekt terras. Als deze zaken zouden aangepakt worden komen we zeker terug en is de huurprijs correct! J. De Groote

cette location , nous a procuré à moi et ma famille un vrai plaisir nous sommes 5 adultes et 2 enfants , chacun a eu sa chambres avec salle de bain et toilette , c'est vraiment très confortable on a pu manger dans 3 endroits différents de la maison la cuisine est très bien équipée avec un fond de cuisine appréciable , un micro-onde compléterait idéalement l'équipement un salon très vaste nous a permis de passer de belles soirées de jeux de société et de lecture la vue surplombant le village de Aups et le regard portait très loin sur d'autres villages plus lointain on a usé de la piscine très agréable avec son robot nettoyeur qui la rend propre tous les jours nos voitures sont bien à l'abri sous toit l'accueil de Christophe est très sympa et il est très serviable vraiment de superbes vacances dans cette belle propriété

Wir haben letztes Jahr zwei Mal Ferien im der grossen Villa gemacht. Alles stimmt. Die Zimmer, sind herrlich-- jedes mit seiner persönlichen Note. Genug Platz ob nur zu zweit mit Kind und Hund oder auch noch mit Begleitung. Alles was eine Familie im Urlaub braucht (auch Waschmaschiene und Windelständer...) Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Platz vor und hinter dem Haus.... Wir hatten schönes Wetter und haben uns zum Croissant und Kaffe immer ins Dorf gegeben. Wir fühlen uns nicht nur in Aups sehr wohl, sondern auch in der Villa am Hang. Es ist richtig schön ruhig. Da es eingezäunt ist, kann sich auch der Hund frei bewegen. Jetzt freuen wir uns auf die dritten Ferien in der grosszügigen Villa mit Pool

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil
Als wir das Haus betraten, wussten wir sofort , dass wir das richtige für uns gefunden hatten. Der sehr freundliche Verwalter führte uns durch gut ausgestattete Schlafräume, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, einen großen Wohnraum mit Kamin. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen fantastischen Blick über die Kleinstadt Aups und die sich anschließende Ebene, die sich bis zum Mittelmeer erstreckt. Aups hat einige sehr gute Restaurants und bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Man kann es in circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Villab liegt auf einem Hügel und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Man kann sich am Pool entspannen oder ein ruhiges Plätzchen unter den Olivenbäumen auf dem sehr großen Grundstück suchen. Die benachbarten Häuser sind so weit entfernt, dass sie kaum wahrnehmbar sind und die Ruhe nicht stören. Besonders beeindruckend waren die Sonnenuntergänge, die wir von der Terrasse aus erleben konnten. Das Haus erwies sich auch als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Beispielsweise der Lac du Croix mit seinen Wassersportmöglichkeiten und der Grand Canyon du Verdon, von dessen oberen Rand man 700m in die Tiefe blicken kann. Bei der Fahrt durch die nähere Umgebung kommt man durch nette Städtchen, ausgedehnte Lavendelfelder und viele verschiedene Landschaftsformen. In circa 90 Minuten fuhren wir nach Cannes und flanierten über die sehenswerte Croisette. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
