WELCOME TO PARADISE! We have a view of the bay from our front door, Master Bedroom private balcony has a great view of the bay also and we are located near everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Pier Park, St. Andrews State Park & Marina, Frank Brown Park, Ms Newbys brews & booze, Pineapple Willie’s, shopping, restaurants, golf, deep sea fishing charters. Parking for 4 vehicles. Motorcycles welcome!
Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher and all the comforts of home! Grab your beach towels and chairs and hit the beach!
It's easy walk to white sandy beaches less than a mile away (beach access #12) 3 min. drive to Richard Seltzer park. Or, if you love boating and fishing, use one of the 4 public boat ramps located on the highly desirable S Lagoon Dr. and enjoy your day on the water. Boat and jet ski rentals nearby or bring your own!

We are a young at heart couple with two wonderful daughters (and son-in-laws). We love the salt life, scuba diving, motorcycles, life in the sun and the BEACH!
Why they chose this property
We both came here many times in our teens and always said we would love to live (at least part time) at the beach.....so,,,
We searched several years for the perfect place on the beach, looked at lots of locations and then found this beautiful place and we were hooked!

What makes this property unique
We love the Lagoon view, the privacy, the neighbors and the area! Maybe our favorite thing about this place is the back deck/patio. It's private, fenced and has an island feel with the lush Birds of Paradise, Japanese Banana trees and greenery
