The rue Mandar is located in central area and easily accessible by public transportation. It is close to the Opera, Louvre, Pompidou Center, Place de la Concorde or the Champs Elysees. Crossing the river Seine you will arrive in the 7th district and in the Latin Quarter. This is a charming area of Paris with many pedestrian streets filled with shops and restaurants. Guests will fall in love with the charming cobblestone roads while still being near the center and all the Paris attractions!

Layout of apartment

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a Haussmanian building built in 1840, without a lift. Access is secured by a code.

This 44 m² apartment was designed by our in house team with our guests in mind. As it is on a higher floor it has lots of natural light during the day.

As you enter the apartment you are greeted by the bright living room decorated in blues and yellows. There is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people.

The fully equipped open kitchen has all the essentials: tea kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, hob, microwave oven and dishwasher.

The glass partition separates the living room and the bedroom allowing light to still enter the bedroom, but giving guests privacy. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress, a large wardrobe and a combo washing/drying machine.

The bathroom has a large shower and ensuite WC.

The washer dryer combo in this apartment means clothes may take longer to dry. We provide a drying rack in case guests prefer to line dry clothes.
