Summer Stay

I stayed for 5 days in July. The A/C did not work in the bedrooms, however, was felt in the common areas. The floors are ourdated and were dirty. They need to be completely replaced as even a deep cleaning would not satisfy the next guest. Overall, the property managers were very responsive and the neighborhood stole our hearts. There are multiple restaurants and bars to choose from and all were delicious. We wished we had more time just to eat our way through the neighborhood. It was close to the station and other sign-seeing attractions.

Poor review

It listed as having air conditioning in both bedrooms. Last year a maintenance man was called and he told them it was broken in both bedrooms and had to be fixed. They never fixed it. All the floors in the apartment were dirty, as well as under the beds. There were a lot of ants all over. When we told them about not having air conditioning, twice she said a maintenance man would come. One night before we were leaving someone came and said it was the first time he was called this year. He also said he told them last year that it was broken and needed to be fixed. The toilet worked on and off. We figured out the right way to insert the pod into the coffee machine, but when it came out it looked like dish water. The bathroom smelled moldy.
