*Important Information About AC Operation*
The owner of the condo has asked that guests keep the air conditioner temperature setting between 72°F and 78°F to avoid condensation on the walls and build-up of mold and mildew. Therefore, your thermostat will allow adjustments within this prescribed temperature range.
In addition, the air conditioner system is controlled with shut-off switches on the doors and windows. Should you leave a door/window open for more than a few minutes the AC will turn off. Once the door/window is closed it will take a few minutes for the system to reset. Frequent openings and closures will only delay the reset time until conditions are stabilized. If you are experiencing a rise in the inside temperature, simply make sure all doors/window are closed and wait for the AC to resume normal operation.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last year we had no problems with the rental. This year there were a couple of issues and most of them got resolved during the stay, except for one. I am still waiting to hear back from management on one of the issues. It’s been almost three weeks and I have received no word from them. This is very disappointing as we were looking forward to renting from them again next year.

Summer family vacation
Condo location great, pineapple Willy’s right next door. Condo perfect size for our family. Condo could have been just a little cleaner. The parking garage assigned spot on the 10th floor was a pain but that’s not the owners fault. Overall great place.

We’ve just stayed here and absolutely loved our trip. The rooms were very comfortable and nice. The condo itself was very nice and clean upon arrival. We only had two minor inconveniences (no pot holders to use when cooking and one remote control didn’t have any batteries nor a back. Those things were so minor that they didn’t spoil our vacation. The resort itself was nice but the elevators left a lot to be desired (overcrowded and extremely hot!) but the pool was wonderful. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Wonderfull Family Getaway
The unit is very clean and the management very easy to communicate with. The property is very well kept and one of the cleanest pools and areas I have ever seen. The staff are always cleaning and the in lobby ice cream and coffee shop was really nice. The ability to also buy drinks and lunch near the pool is a plus and you are literally right next door to Pineapple Willy’s one one side and a Waffle House on the other. There is also a beach set up rental at the beach access from the property pool so you are not dragging stuff all over. This is a really nice place to stay and watch the ocean and pool from the balcony. This is 5 stars! Just be patient with the elevators, there are a lot of people that have to use it.

Unfortunately the condo closed the indoor pool/hot tub area for atleast 2 weeks (the last 2 weeks we were there) and the weather was still quite cold so using the outdoor pool was not really an option. Specifically chose this condo because of the indoor facilities. This was disappointing. Overall the stay was nice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was great. It had an awesome view and was very clean. The only downside to it was I wish the air conditioner could have been lowered, especially when sleeping. The hotel staff was very polite and attentive. I would recommend the condo itself, but not sure about the hotel. Downside to the hotel, the elevators were consistently breaking down. Causing the ones that did work to be overpacked. It took us 45 min to finally fit on one when we initially got there. I did see staff working on the elevators. As soon as they had one working another one would break down. I assume exceeding the weight limit at times could've had something to do with it. I would also highly suggest they put some type of air circulation in the elevators, even if it's some type of fan.

Our condo was clean and matched the description online. It was difficult for me to communicate with the property manager in regards to rental of chairs and check-in process. Upon arrival, another guest told me where to find the armbands and parking decals. We enjoyed our stay except for the elevators. We waited 20-30 minutes at times.

I will say that the weatherstripping at the bottom of the entry door needs to be replaced, during high winds it sounds like a jet taking off. The property itself was very well maintained, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Now the parking deck is very tight, it’s fine for small cars but big SUV’s and trucks, be careful!!!! The parking space for the condo is on the 10th floor of the parking deck and well marked ( the condo numbers for parking are just random, no set order!!) Elevators were a nightmare!!! The first day or so a 30 minute wait was not uncommon!! The last 2 days of our stay the wait times and crowding wasn’t so bad. Maybe Sunday was just a big check in day, I don’t know. All in all we had a nice stay, just stormy weather the whole time we were there, couldn’t go in the ocean due to double red flags, but the pool more than made up for that.Our granddaughter loved it, and that’s all that mattered.

We had 4 adults and 4 children and the condo got us all comfortably. Check in was very easy and simple and finding our room wasn’t hard at all. The wait for the elevators isn’t as terrible as others make it out to be. Once we got to the room it was very clean and well put together, the view was amazing and everything we needed was already there. The pool was beautiful and the kids really enjoyed it. We will definitely be going back.

Spring break….
The room was great, the only issue with the room is that you have no control over the heat or air so it became quite stuffy at times as the air was set to 73, way too hot for our liking. As far as the complex itself, we had no idea that the number of young college kids would be as large as it was. There was yelling and music so loud that you could not sleep. This lasted til 4am every night. Also there were no less that 50 teens/young adults drunk in the hot tub so it was not available for use for any of us. The condo was great and maybe we will try it again at a different time, it’s a great location convenient to pretty much everything.

Great location and unit. The elevator and parking deck situations are pretty rough though.
Check in information should include general location of the parking spots. Level 8 by the way. Not fun randomly searching for an hour upon arrival. We loved the unit and our stay though.

Condo was near a Walmart for all your groceries and necessities. Elevator was a little slow being on the 20th floor but worth it. Condo was great and a really nice stacked w&d. Would love to go back.

The property was nice with great amenities. The weather was cold and windy. There were lots of young people gathered at the beach because it was spring break. You could not stay on the balcony because of the smell of marijuana. We would consider coming again but not on spring break.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room has plenty of space. Everything was super clean. Beds and chairs were very comfortable. The balcony was spacious with plenty of seating. Room has a view of both the pool and the ocean. At night there was live music by the pool, and due to the shape of the building, the acoustics were great to sit on the balcony and listen. There is a tiki bar and snack bar down by the pool with another pizza snack bar by the lobby. There is a reserved parking spot for the room so you never have to worry about finding a spot. Next door is Pineapple Willies and directly across the street is The Wharf with their all you can eat crab legs for dinner. Also within walking distance is a Walmart, Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Shipwreck Ltd, Shell Port and many other restaurants and shops in order to cut down on the driving if you would like.
