Completely renovated August 2014! Living room with new kitchen design. Beautiful terrace overlooking the pool (south) and Av Tirajana. Two large bedrooms. New bathroom with walk-in shower. All new furniture. TV. FREE Wifi. Washing machine. Towels, Safe. The apartment is located on Avenida Tirajana, a busy street with many restaurants, terraces, shops, etc. Very close to Yumbo, the famous shopping center with international brands, restaurants, bars and nightlife Scwhull, very busy at night.

Perfect location

Beautiful well equipped apartment in a central location. Ideal for restaurants, bars and Yumbo shopping centre. Clean pool and very quiet so loads of loungers. Very easy check in and safe parking. Had a great day out cycling to Maspalomas. Mr Greek underneath the apartments has amazing food.

Beautiful appartment - fantastic holiday

Thank you so much jan for letting us stay - we had such a lovely time and your appartment was so comfortable and provided us with absolutely everything we needed. Great location, great bars and restaurants (wapa taps) was our fave - could eat there every night! The dunes are amazing, like nothing I’ve seen. Very helpful owners who were so helpful at all times. Would recommended to family and friends.

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Eine schöne Wohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmern in zentraler Lage direkt am Yumbo Zentrum. Grosser Balkon mit Platz bis zu 5 Personen. Umfangreiche Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Fernseher, Internet.... Sehr gute Betreuung in gesicherter Anlage mit großem Pool. Netter Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub - schönes Appartment

Wir haben hier mit 3 Personen einen wunderschönen Urlaub über Weihnachten/Silvester 2017/2018 verbracht. Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Yumbo-Center/Geschäfte/Restaurants vor der Tür. Die Austattung ist top, renoviert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Super gut ausgestattete Küche mit reichlich Geschirr und Gläsern, Spülmaschine, Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine oder TAB-Maschine, große Kühl,- Gefrierkombination, sowie allen Küchenutensilien. Fenseher mit Sateliitenprogrammen (auch Deutsch) Hifi-Anlage, CD Player. Badezimmer sehr schön renoviert, Fenster, moderne Badmöbel Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen großen Schrank und 1 Tresor Großer Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Ventilator Auch in den anderen Zimmern sind Decken-Ventilatoren vorhanden. Der Swimmingpool wurde täglich gereinigt und war nur für die Hausbewohner mit Schlüssel zugänglich. Auch der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus war nur für die Hausbewohner und nur über ein Tor mit Schlüssel zu befahren. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Appartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr komfortable, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Es gibt sogar eine nespresso-Maschine.

Wir sind als Familie gereist und haben es genossen, auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken. Durch die Rolläden wird die Innentemperatur in der Wohnung, auch bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur, nicht zu heiss. Das war sehr angenehm. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön. Sie hat einen privaten Parkplatz. Vorteilhaft, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, es gibt Restaurants, Supermärkte, Strand. Für uns war die Entfernung zum Strand total akzeptabel. Meistens haben wir zwar den Mietwagen zum Strand genutzt. Aber auch fussläufig ist er gut zu erreichen, ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Allerdings muss der Preis dann auch stimmen. Anscheinend wurde dieser erhöht, so dass das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ins Wanken gerät. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und ist super per E-Mail erreichbar. Vor Ort hatten wir Ansprechpartner, welche uns die Wohnung übergeben hatten. Das war alles einwandfrei!

Perfect size and facilities

This is by far the best accommodation I've stayed in whilst visitin the island. Very modern, brilliant shower, beds were comfy for me, media system was spot on and the small balcony is pretty cosy. We invited our friends round for pre drinks before heading out. The kitchen has everything you need except a toaster but the grill does the job. Very pleased. Next time I head to Gran Canaria I will be checking to see if this apartment is available. Don't be put off by no air con. The bedrooms have excellent shutters to keep the rooms cool and dark and there is a sun blind for the livingroom. It's good to climatise! *****

Bom apartamento, boa localização, maravilhoso

Apartamento localizado na playa del Inglês, bem localizado ao pé de restaurantes e spar. Com estacionamento. Super seguro, só entra apenas moradores do iguazu. O apartamento é moderno e tem todos os utensílios básicos à disposição. Gostamos muito de lá estar e voltaremos. O senhor jeoffrey é uma pessoa impecável, sempre disponível e simpático. Os moradores do prédio também são muito simpáticos.

We loved our stay!

We spent a wonderful week in Designer Apartment. The position, views, facilities and accommodation were everything and more than described. Excellent facilities - beds, bathroom, wi-fi, kitchen area, awesome balcony, parkink area, pool area . Good location. Efficient service. Super Apartment

Super Apartment ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 9 nights after Easter with our son & daughter, both adults. There was plenty of space for us all and lots of storage. We had a great stay and found the location excellent for access to all parts of the island. The apartment is fresh and bright and was ideal for our family and there was always something to watch when lazing on the balcony. The grounds and pool area are well kept with a good number of sunbeds. There are many restaurants in the area and a Spar supermarket just down the road which is very handy. Communication with the owners is first class. We found them very helpful, providing any information we required and our deposit was refunded promptly. We would return to this apartment and highly recommend it.

Super Apartment fuer wunderschoene Urlaubstage

Super Apartment, bequeme Betten, modernes Bad, komplett eingerichtete Kueche, riesen Pool und zentral gelegen. Egal ob Strand, Einkaufen, Sight seeing oder essen gehen, alles nah und leicht zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder :)) 5 Sterne !!!!

Very nice design apartment!

I stayed 1 week in this new apartment, it's grand new place, just tottaly renovated and it's beautifull. It's decorated with a very good taste, very nice modern kitchen, nice living-room and a very big terrace with a view at the swimming-pool and Av. Tirijana I'll stay here next time again! José

Hi, my name is Jeoffrey, and i'm from from Antwerp (Belgium), a city i highly recommend you to visit !

My hobbies are mainly traveling. I love adventurous trips, but sometimes you just want to relax under the sun. And where can you find sun, all year around ? Right, Gran Canaria ;)

Why they chose this property

As we have been more than 10 times to Gran Canaria, it was always difficult to find a nice, modern apartment, with a higher standard than the 'spanish style of the 70's. That's why we decided to buy an apartment and totally renovate it. So everything is completely new (aug 2014), we just kept the walls ;) New kitchen, new bathroom (with big walk-in shower), new floor, new lights, just everything. Even new windows, double-glazed, with shutters, so the noise and heat stay outside. That's why we chose ventilators instead of airco : it's nicer, healthier and u just don't need airco in this apartment. All furniture is new, big television set, free WIFI. And the kitchen utensils are very extensive and have a modern design.

What makes this property unique

What i like about the apartment is, besides it's new and modern, the big terrace, with view over the swimming pool, but also over Avenida Tiraja, so there's always something to see. And of course ... the location. A short - around 8 min - walk to the beach, but at night .. just 2 min walk to Yumbo, the open air shopping center full of restaurants, bars and nightlife. And if u don't feel like going to the beach : there's a garden with two swimminpools and two tennis courts, and in the complex are two restaurants and a bar (Holland Corner)... u really can stay 'at home'.
