This charming 60 m2 duplex apartment is ideally located in the centre of the 1800 Orres, in the "Les Érines" building of the Hauts de Préclaux, can accommodate 10 people. Ideal for a stay with family or friends.It is exposed north-west and offers stunning views of the tops and the valley.It is composed of an entrance with storage, a large living room on the ground floor with relaxing armchairs and TV to enjoy your evenings in complete relaxation, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a three double bedroom, a night corner, two bathrooms including one with bath, separate toilet, as well as two balconies opening onto the living room and upstairs bedrooms.On the sleeping side, the apartment has three bedrooms: a first on the ground floor with shelves and coat racks to arrange your belongings, then two additional upstairs, each equipped with double beds in 140x190cm.
