Newly renovated and beautifully decorated!! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house has everything you need for your dream beach vacation! Beautiful patio area with two outdoor tables and spaces to relax and unwind after a day at the beach! Perfectly located - the beach is about one mile away and shopping (groceries, restaurants, etc.) less than a half a mile! Downtown St. Augustine about 7 miles away. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen! Wifi throughout house. Parking in driveway.
Enjoy the entire house! Games, books and TV’s are provided if you want to relax at the house. Out door table/chairs are on two different patios to enjoy an evening outdoors! We have beach chairs and ladder ball in the small shed for you to enjoy!

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
* Quiet hour starts at 10 PM (please respect our neighbors, failure to due so will result in a minimum fine of $500 by us as well as fine by the county.
*No more than 8 guests allowed- any additional individual (infant, child or adult) will result in a $200/ per person per night fee, a $250 fine, and immediate removal from property. These fees apply to any additional, unregistered guest (s), that are not accounted for in the booking.
* Please note that for the security of our home and our guests, there is a doorbell camera at the main door and a security camera on the side/front of the house that records when motion is detected. Please do not attempt to remove, disable or cover them as this will result in a $1,000 fee. (There are NO cameras inside the house).
Per St. John Country Code Enforcement:
(a) We must obtain a copy of a physical, government-issued photo identification for the contracting guest.
(b) The maximum occupancy of the Short Term Vacation Rental unit, shall not exceed the limit of 8 individuals.
(c) The maximum number of vehicles allowed shall not exceed 5 off-street parking spaces provided at the home (only park in the driveway).
(d) The name and 24-hour telephone number(s)

(e) An acknowledgment and agreement by the guest of the right of the County to reasonably inspect the premises to assurance compliance.
(f) An acknowledgement and agreement by the guest of the obligation to comply with the provisions of this Section 2.02.04.B.19, St. Johns County Noise Ordinance (Ord. 2015-19), and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. (Please see a copy of the noise ordinance below as well as inside the property).
(g) The home shall be immediately evacuated upon the posting of a hurricane warning by the National Weather Service or the National Hurricane Center. Cancellation policy will apply for reminder of stay.
