Our Favorite Spot

This property is really special. It's surrounded by water on 3 sides. The property owner and manager are easy to work with and responsive. While we were there this summer, the property manager offered to take our trash barrels up to the street (above and beyond!). The home is comfortable for the 7 of us, but mostly we just love this quiet part of the lake. We also appreciate the variety of water toys supplied by the owner. It's a Winnipesaukee gem!

Perfect Peninsula on the Lake

Great property and amazing setting. Ron was responsive and easy to work with. We were able to dock our boat and pontoon easily and everyone had a great time and experience with the house and property.

Family time together

This home is situated on a truly beautiful point with the Lake on three sides and lovely granite all around. We were three generations together and enjoyed the kayaks, swimming, paddleboards, loons. The front patio is delightful and the umbrellas on the tables are very well designed to handle sun and wind so we could be there a lot of the time. When a power outage hit during a thunderstorm and the smoke alarms went off and wouldn't stop, the property manager was there to help immediately to help. Ron has mentioned the stairs and they are a challenge for an 82 year old with knee problems but well managed with my cane and the help of adult children. A good time was had by all.

Amazing lake house

You could not find a more picturesque setting than this beautiful home on Toltec Pt at lake Winny; private and serene, surrounded on all sides by water, and amazing lake access with private beach; a warm, updated, well maintained, super clean and spacious home, Ron and Pam have gone above and beyond with attention to detail and amenities, this was a one of a kind trip and property

Lakefront Living

We are repeat customers at this beautiful lakefront property. You can't beat the views on three sides of the property from its majestic perch overlooking this quiet cove. The house comes with several kayaks, canoes and paddle boards to explore the cove. We love the serenity of the lake and Ron and Pam are always available for recommendations and questions. Great getaway for our family!

Perfect vacation house

We loved our stay at this property! It was perfect for our family (of 4 and my parents) and the location/view/house was excellent. There are some stairs, which is a heads up for elderly folks, but we found being on the hill to be a fantastic set up. We would definitely rent this house again!

Perfection !

Ron and Pam - Wow ! We just had an unbelievable week at your house . Our family of 6 had more than enough room in your clean and beautiful house. Watching the sunset on the beach - with a fire pit going - heaven !! Such a beautiful and peaceful piece of the lake. Having so many kayaks and sup boards to choose from was an added bonus. Gorgeous, renter friendly Lake Winni home!

We have been renting on Winnipesaukee annually, usually at the end of July. Kids, 12, 14, 16 have busy schedules. We've always had a blast and cherished our time together. This year, for the first time, we stayed at Toltec Point and it was our favorite so far, even though it's farther away from "the action." The spot is incredible. House built on rock, the property is surrounded by water on 3 sides. We like to find a house that has space for the kids to get away from us adults. Even though this home has a great bonus living area in the finished basement, the kids tended to retreat to their shared bunk room after a day of boating, SUPing, kayaking, swimming... This home is perfect for 3 siblings. So many great memories from this last stay.

A slice of perfection

Amazing spot on Lake Winnepausakee. In a quiet cove perfect for swimming, kayaking, SUP. Has everything you need on-site! The property has a panoramic view of the lake that is breathtaking in every direction. House was perfect for us. Very comfortable. Super easy to communicate with owner. Property manager very nice - brought our towels in when a storm was hitting and we were out. Can’t wait to return!

Summer Week

Where to start, it was a wonderful property and our families had an unbelievable time. The property owner was very responsive and provided lots of material on the local area. Even when we had questions about the tub/shower the manager popped in to make sure we were happy. We had a group of 4 children that spent the majority of time on the beach and swiping in the Sandy lake areas. This was a perfect getaway for two families of four to enjoy time relaxing. We also rented a boat, and the dock area was simple to navigate. We are already planning when to go back. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your wonderful home.

Great place to relax and have fun with the family

The house was in a great location, even though you have neighbors you feel like one are on an island by yourself. The grandchildren enjoyed swimming out to the rock just off the beach. The adults enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding around the lake. The no wake area made it perfect for the younger kids to play in the water. The dogs had a great time too. The house had everything we needed to accommodate the 9 of us with plenty of room to spare.

Truly a magical place!

From the moment we walked in the door and saw the amazing view from the windows, we knew we had found the perfect place for our family vacation...and it just got better. Between the paddle boards, kayaks, campfires on the little beach, and "the rock", we didn't have to go anywhere to enjoy a true Lake Winnipesaukee experience. The house is very user-friendly, very clean, and downright beautiful in a jewel of a setting. We loved every moment we spent there and wished we could have stayed longer!

Relaxation on the Lake

This was our 2nd year at Ron and Pam's lake house and we enjoyed every minute! Our family of 7 relaxed on the beach and took advantage of all the amenities at the house (paddleboards, kayaks and canoe). The house is perfectly situated on the lake and a great way to spend time with family.

Amazing spot!

Our multi-generational family loved this property with incredible views of the mountains and lake. It is tucked away on a quiet part of the lake, so the kids spent a lot of time swimming to and from the large, basking rock along the tip of the property without having to be concerned about boat traffic. Tons of wildlife viewing including friendly sunfish off the dock and sandy beach that my kids willingly fed veggies. The mornings were so quiet and peaceful, and the house had some board games and a wii that entertained the kids on the rainy day we had. We rented a boat and managed to dock it no problem on the large dock. We all had a fabulous time!

Perfect respite from a pandemic world!

We stayed here end of June/beginning of July 2020 but booked it in late August after many weeks of being in lock-down from the COVID-19 pandemic. We wanted a place that we felt we'd enjoy even if we couldn't even leave the house (because of COVID or because of the weather). We were not disappointed! As it turned out, we did leave the house and did some hiking and ventured out to a restaurant or two, but mostly we just enjoyed the amazing location that the house sits on. We used their kayaks each morning for a quiet discovery of the inlets all around and were treated to the sights and sounds of numerous loons and their chicks as well as ducks and their ducklings. We used their dock for the boat we rented and went boating on the lake most afternoons with no particular destination in mind. We used the patio and beach (with fire ring) each evening to enjoy the sunset. Ron was very attentive, checking in with us as needed. The house is great. The location can't be beat!

PERFECT spot for a family getaway!!

My husband and I stayed here with two other couples and their three small children for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The only downside was that it was only a week! We would've rented this home for a month if it were available. The owner Ron is so great, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house itself is immaculate inside and out and is located in a nice, quiet, wake-free zone inside the sound so you can swim, float and paddleboard peacefully. The paddleboards are much sturdier than what I'm used to and much more comfortable for a long paddle, definitely give them a try! The kids loved the beach and the fire pit at night. You can feed the fish and they swim right up to you while you're in the water :) Our friends have a 27' boat and the dock was perfect for it, it's totally open on one side so it's easy to get in and out and plenty deep enough for a boat of that size (and bigger). I can't say enough nice things about this place. Hit up the Hannaford's in Meredith on your way to the house and load up and you literally never need (or want) to leave! We had so much fun and can't wait to visit again! Thank you Ron and Pam!!

Family Getaway

We have been vacationing at the beach as a family for over 30 years. This was our first lake vacation - and it did not disappoint! Photos do not do this property justice. With water on 3 sides, a patio overlooking the lake, a beach and a deep water dock, this property checked all the boxes for us. We used the included paddle boards, canoe and kayak daily. The house was clean and fully stocked. Ron and Pam were very accessible, answering all our questions. Ron helped us rent a boat one day and his notes on where to shop and eat came in handy. I can't say enough good things about our week. We will definitely return!

Magical property on Lake Winnipesaukee

My family had a wonderful stay in this property. From the living room are 180 degree views of the lake, the property is on a no wake zone cove, which was great for the three children in our party. My kids particularly enjoyed the WII in the basement, feeding the fish from the dock, and swimming to the rock by the beach. Thanks for letting us enjoy this wonderful spot!

Best family getaway on the Lake

This is an amazing home on an amazing piece of waterfront property! We had such a great time swimming out to the rock, playing in the sand and cooking smore's under the stars! If you are looking for a vacation home that has a little bit for everyone, this is it!! Drinking my morning coffee in the hammock while watching the calm waters was amazing enough but then have the White mountains in the background. This property is a gem!!

The Perfect Spot!

Only good things to say about this property. A perfect spot for everything. Tubing and wakeboarding just outside. Fishing excellent (countless species). Boat dock perfect. Bathing spot away from dock with small sandy beach for the little ones. Fire pit a plus. Nearby shopping and dining. House itself has everything needed. Comfortable rooms and beds. Thanks Ron!
