The property is 2 blocks from St. Charles. A perfect location for walking when spending the day on the parade route. Off street parking for one vehicle was convenient for loading and unloading. Beds were very comfortable. The host was prompt in responding to questions.
The place was very clean and as advertised. The owner had a cook prepare dinner and breakfast and left us some wine and Champagne. He responded quickly when we had questions. Wonderful SuperBowl experience!
Garden District Townhome 2 blocks off St Charles Ave
Enjoyable stay at the Garden District Townhome. Clean property, spacious living room, and two nice bedrooms upstairs that open to private balcony. Counter space in kitchen limited but adequate unless you are trying to prepare a fully cooked meal from scratch. Enjoyed the outdoor patio and the parking space inside of a gate was a plus. We were somewhat apprehensive of being safe in the area based on reviews of other properties in the same general area. However, the concern was a non-issue once we arrived. We felt very comfortable walking in the neighborhood. Will stay at this property again.
First time in NOLA. We had really nice time and this condo was perfect. Nicely decorated, cozy bedrooms, very comfortable beds, nice balcony and patio. Short walk from the Garden district, very accessible and onsite parking is definitely a plus. Thank you
