Heated pool, pool with waterfall, jacuzzi hot tub, tennis courts, award winning Golf (King and Bear across the street), fitness center, on site spa (Circle of Wellness), and much more. This charming condo is located within a short drive to beautiful beaches to choose from - whether you want to surf or just put your toes in the water, it's all within driving range. Historic old St. Augustine welcomes you with trolly rides, shopping on St. Georges street, landmarks, festivals, holidays with Night of Lights, various boat tours. Now for food - so many restaurants for so many different tastes. One within walking distance., others within a 5 minute drive. Great location.

I primarily play golf during my stay so the location puts me near several GC 's. I've stayed at this complex many times and this has been the best unit I've stayed in.

This was perfect for what I was wanting. It was not too close to downtown while still being able to get there within a reasonable amount of time everything was very clean very organized. I felt like we had everything at the condo that we would need and the guards at the gate were super helpful. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful area for golfers

Lovely neighbourhood and condo has great amenities - pool, hot tub plus community center close by. Condo itself is a good size with everything we needed but quite dated with older carpet, furniture, tv, bathroom. Very responsive host.

Peaceful condo and location

We were looking for a peaceful place to rest and visit for a few days over the 4th. This condo was just right for that. The pool is nice and the grounds are gorgeous!

Very clean and comfortable unit. Quiet at night so you’ll be fine for an early tee time! Convenient for golf at the King and the Bear with relaxing at the pool afterwards.

Perfect Golf Getaway!

We stayed at La Terra last weekend so we could attend TPC. It was wonderful. Luba was extraordinarily generous in allowing us access early and her provisions in the condo were likewise welcome. My 7 year old was very happy to walk into a complementary can of Pringles!. The accommodations were spot on with the description. It was a bit of drive to Sawgrass, but we knew it would be and were ok with that. Being at the World Golf Village and close to it's amenities as well as St. Augustine were worth it. I am already looking at possible dates for a return. Would highly reccomend.

Amazing!

I can't say enough about Luba and her property! From her incredible flexibility in letting us check in early, the thoughtful amenities, the incredibly comfy bed, the immaculate unit, the well-stocked kitchen, the list goes on and on! It is also super quiet in this beautiful resort. We are so impressed we are coming back again next month for 10 days! Thank you Luba!
