A spacious, open plan family home on the Poipu Kai Greenbelt that has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Relax in the house at the large, beautiful, wood dining room table or on the big comfy couches. BBQ a great meal or use the well appointed kitchen and eat it on the backyard lanai. Or take a walk outside the lanai, go right to Shipwreck Beach or turn left to reach Poipu Beach. Poipu Kai community has a wonderful shared pool & hot tub for your use while staying here and has tennis courts available for a nominal fee. Use the prime location of the house as your starting off point to many adventures all over the island.

There are a number of highlights to make your stay comfortable & memorable:
• Air conditioning that is guest controlled in three of the bedrooms as well as the living area (the Queen bedroom, located right outside the Living Room A/C unit is the only bedroom without its own AC unit)
• High speed mesh network Wifi in the entire house and internet service / office desk in Queen bedroom
• Two of the bedrooms (master with a King and second King bedroom) have their own TV
• The third bedroom has a split king that can be used as two long twin beds or combined as a King bed
• The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed and a full office with two large monitors and a business printer/scanner
• One of the couches is also a Queen sleeper sofa
• Included use of the Poipu Kai resort pool and hot tub
• The Poipu Kai Tennis Club is available to guests for a nominal fee
• Well stocked kitchen with all kinds of appliances, including a griddle for morning pancakes, an Instapot, blender, Keurig coffee maker and others
• Dining area has a formal dining table seating up to 8
• Living area offers a flat screen smart 4k TV and Sonos sound system
• The backyard features a Weber gas barbecue, dining for six people and three chaise lounge chairs
• The garage accommodates a rental car and is well stocked with baby gear (high chair and playpen) and beach toys that allow families to travel light.
• Ideally located near Brennecke’s Beach; known for boogie boarding and body surfing.
And also near Poipu Beach Park; known for snorkeling, surfing, swimming, and boogie boarding with a lifeguard on duty (normally 7 days a week, 9-5, but please confirm as this might change).
• We have beach gear for the family: chairs, umbrellas, a rolling cart, boogie boards, a cooler, water shoes, some snorkel sets, and sand toys to make your trip to the beach a breeze!

Smoking and parties are prohibited on the property. Poipu Kai Security provides 24 hour service.
