About this property

Newly renovated camper located on a nice lot on the main channel of Lake Wylie. If you’re looking to unplug and relax this is the place for you . Enjoy swimming, fishing, relaxing by the fire pit or sitting on the dock soaking in the sun. If you want to get out Downtown Belmont is a short drive away with shops and restaurants. Lake Wylie and Fort Mill are also a short drive away. It’s minutes from South Point boat landing if you want to bring your boat, jet ski or kayak there is a small pier to tie up to. Please bring plenty of buoys as we are on the main channel. There is plenty of room to park your boat trailer as long as you can maneuver around a few trees. Very clean, family friendly property. You can sit in a rocker and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and deer. The camper sits at the top of the property. The camper has a microwave, coffee maker, and a table top electric grill. Also available is a charcoal grill beside the camper. We have a hammock to relax and read a book or just enjoy the scenery.
There is a lake front fire pit but you need to bring your own firewood or if you want you can collect wood from the property and burn it. The fishing is great from the pier. Fall is a great time of year to enjoy the tree colors. The camper has A/C and an electric heater. It is perfect for a couple. One dog is allowed please clean up after them and cover the furniture, also the neighbors have dogs so be aware. Enjoy

Military Enrollment Party

This place is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well maintained. The pavilion was perfect for a party. The camper is nice and clean. Really enjoyed the rocking chairs overlooking the lake. Crystal was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful location!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The camper was clean and cozy. The pavilion was amazing and had EVERYTHING we needed. We highly recommend. We will be back!

Great Place to stay to relax!!!

We had a great time at this property. They have everything you need at this camper and the covered area to cook out and enjoy yourselves. We had a small cookout for my sons birthday., and had plenty of room at the lake area. It is a private location, and very peaceful. We wil be going again. Thanks!

Lake front property dog friendly!!!

Great place with an amazing view and lake access. Sleeps only a couple but I imagine if your out doorsy you could have others sleep in tents. The pavilion is built to hold multiple ppl. We only had two and the dog. Usable grill was in the pavilion but worked great. Items that need attention: Ez ladder for the dock wasn’t so ez. Probably get something that is more stable. Mattress could use a breathable topper but I’m kinda picky. Back up propane for the guests would be a nice touch. I ran it pretty low cooking 3-4 meals on it. Very laid back. Has just what you need to relax by the lake and get away. I would def rent again.
