The VRBO is a little worn, but does not take away from the pleasant experience. The beds are comfortable. The host is Awesome!!! They made a point of coming out and getting the outside water turned on for us so we could wash the crystals my family had been digging. We had a power outage on our last night, and the host (LISA) was very accommodating and let us check out a little late without issue. All in all, we would be more than willing to stay in her VRBO again. Thanks Lisa for the great experience.
The home had mouse/rat droppings everywhere. We had our reservation for over a month and there was no reason for it not to be clean. It was impossible to get another VRBO same day, so we had to find alternate lodgings. Very unhappy experience.
We stayed over the thanksgiving long weekend. We prepared all our meals from the home. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The back patio was our favorite. It was too cold to stay out for a long time but it was so peaceful. We used the firepit as well to make s’mores. S’more sticks were available at the house. The 2 teenagers had their own rooms and a bathroom near them, and the master bedroom is located on the other side of the house which was nice, also away from the laundry room which we also used. Don’t be undecided, just book it.

We enjoyed the location and options for different recreation areas nearby. Kitchen is not fully stocked, so luckily we meal prepped at home. We left a black box fan for others, as there is not a ceiling fan in either rooms located near the kitchen. The hall bathroom tub is questionable, so we utilized the shower located in the master bedroom (6 individuals stayed). Watch out for the wasps located at the end of the gutter where the sidewalk begins. We did enjoy being a mile or two away from the lake and being in a quiet area with a really nice back deck.
We were out and about most of the time. However mobile home needs a lot of updates. Some parts of the floor feel like you your foot is going to to thru the floor. The bathroom in the hallway felt like it needed support under to hold the shower. We were also informed about this by owner and that she was trying to get someone to come fix it. The house is big enough for 6 people. The cover porch outside is wonderful to spend the time when it's raining. Property ok just need some work done.
We were cold. Bought throw blankets. Gas heater in the living room didn't work. 46 degrees outside. Every time the heater came on it sounded like a garbage disposal. Waking us up. Slipped and fell first night on leaves on the walk way. 1 small light to light the path.
The house is great! Comfy beds, spacious living room and the porch is perfect for buggy Arkansas summers (it was our favorite part of the house). I highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient to the lake and the local crystal digs. Not far from Hot Springs for a day trip. The house was a little close to the main road so there was some noise. Not recommended for 10 adults as suggested.
