Welcome to the Ultimate St. Augustine Beach Living Experience. With top floor ocean views at every angle, our condo is the setting for every Jimmy Buffet vision. Fit 8 people spaciously in our brand new, modern, coastal-flare abode that will only provide relaxation and countless memories in this stunning Florida-setting. Private beach access 1-min walk. Downtown 10-min drive.
Embark in the daily rituals of beach exploration and discovering the glorious Florida sunrise & sunset. Newly remodeled 4th floor penthouse overlooking the ocean with enormous private balcony at The St. Augustine Beach & Tennis Club Condominiums. This is a 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms with all the high-end features. This is the Ultimate St. Augustine Beach Living Experience.

- Beach chairs, towels, toys and cart provided.
- Private beach access and two pools available.
- Enjoy tennis club/heated pool, gym next door for a low daily fee.
- Tables games provided (check cabinet under the TV).
** Notice (3/5): We just received a notification from the condominium HOA on the property regarding construction. They have hired a team of contractors to do exterior work to the property that will be affecting the balcony area of the unit from March 10 – March 31.
Unfortunately, the balcony looking eastward towards the beach will not be able to be used during these repairs. Access to the beach and the pools will be available during the repairs. The repairs will begin on the 1st floor, unit 108 and work its way up to 408 from what I am being told.
We know with the work that is being completed that there could be construction noise throughout the building during normal business hours (8am – 5pm).
The front entrance into the unit will be accessible.
At this time, we would like to give you the option to receive a 50% discount off the nightly rate if your reservation is affected by the construction. **
