Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no elevator) of an old residence, in a quiet alley, this apartment can accommodate up to 7 travelers. Haxo offers all the comforts you need to discover our city, whether for business or pleasure.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as restaurants and grocery stores... Nearby, the Bouffay district invites you to lose yourself in its narrow streets of half-timbered houses. As evening falls, it's the perfect time to enjoy a galette at Le Curé nantais. At the heart of Nantes' medieval quarter are the Château des Ducs de Bretagne and the Cathedral of Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul. As you walk around its granite block walls, refined white tuffeau buildings - from the 15ᵉ century, flamboyant Gothic, Renaissance and 18ᵉ century - come into view. The Musée d'Histoire de Nantes is housed here, retracing the city's history: from the Edict of Nantes to the great upheavals of the 20ᵉ century, via colonial trade and the slave trade.

Transportation:
- By car: you can park at the Decré Bouffay pay parking lot or in the nearby pay streets.
- Nearest train station: Gare Sud, ten minutes away by public transport.
- Nearest airport: twenty minutes by car, 30 minutes by public transport.
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around twenty minutes.
- Tramway line 1 within walking distance, Bouffay stop

Other remarks :
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
- To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
- Unfortunately, we cannot give you access to the property unless you sign a formal contract.

You'll be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys. To get your stay off to a good start, we'll provide you with a few coffee pods and bags of tea, herbal tea and sugar.
