Direct access to the Lecques beach, we offer you this type 2 of approximately 45 m2 with a parking space in the residence.
Accommodation:
The apartment is located in the Allée des Peupliers which is one of the closest alleys to the beaches of Saint Cyr Sur Mer (Les Lecques).
It is composed of an entrance hall opening onto a living room/lounge, an open kitchen and a large covered terrace of 17 m2 for your summer meals.
On the night side, the apartment is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm.
You will find a separate toilet as well as a bathroom with shower, single sink and towel dryer.
Parking:
To park you have many free parking spaces in the condominium.
Equipment:
Dishwasher / Washing machine / Fan / Television / Oven / Microwave / Toaster / Kettle / Coffee machine (filter) / Crockery and kitchen utensils sufficient for 2 to 4 people.
The environment:
A few meters from the residence you will find the met and the beautiful fine sandy beach of "Lecques" as well as the avenue du Port where you will find a bakery, the tourist office, restaurants and summer entertainment.
Sheets and bath towels:
Optional for a fee and on request (€25 for the double bed kit and €15 for the towel kit with one large and one small per person).
Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will intervene after your departure.
Animals:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.
Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
