Outstanding spacious unit

We loved our stay here - the unit is gorgeous and spacious and was perfect for our large group. The heated pool is an incredible luxury! There was a small issue after we arrived with the air conditioning and the owner was instantly in communication and travelled to fix the issue within hours - wonderful experience!

Second visit! Hope to be back next year!

Our family has been coming to OCNJ every summer for 30+ years. We found this listing last year and loved our stay so much we came back this year. The location is great and the pool is amazing for when the kids (and grown-ups) get bored with the beach. Easy walk to beach and boardwalk. Nice to have off-street parking and storage for bikes too. Owner is quick to respond to questions. Hope to be back next year. Thanks!

Ocean City Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at this property in Ocean City. The property was as described. Having a pool in OCNJ is unusual, so we were delighted to find a property with a pool (shared by 3-4 units). Good location with short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Several good breakfast/brunch restaurants in the walkable area.

Our family get together for a 50th anniversary.

The property was perfect for our family. Close to the beach and boardwalk for the children. However we were told on the day that we were scheduled to move in that the washing machine was broken and she couldn’t get anyone to repair it. I told her how disappointed I was and she said I will refund your money and you can not take the unit. How was I going to do that with three families driving in that day from three different states. She could have even offered us a roll of quarters to go to the laundromat.

Great Family Vacation!

This was a beautiful, spacious property that suited me and my extended family perfectly. The house was well-appointed with everything we needed for a great stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and decorated beautifully. The pool was an added bonus and a rare find in OCNJ. Kathy was wonderful to work with and very responsive. I was so happy to find this gem!

Great Location, Lots of space

Close to boardwalk and restaurants. House was great, parking definitely useful. We all fit well. Bedrooms spacious. Greatroom, kitchen, dining area were able to hold all of us no problem. Second story balcony was lovely for hanging out. Would rent again. Only one drawback: lots of stairs. My dad just had knee surgery and this was tough on him, but for everyone else, no problems.
