The building is not secure, apartment itself is lovely

We loved the apartment itself, new furnishings and finishes, very comfortable space for our family, all the shops you need within 2 blocks, metro stop is one minute from apartment. However, there were two front doors to the building that were never locked and unfortunately one night someone had been in the stairwell drinking, then urinated and defecated across two flights of stairs. This person was right outside our apartment door during that night and knowing that, plus having to use the stairs by stepping through urine and feces with our young kids, changed our opinion of the apartment. We can't in good faith recommend it because of the lack of security in place. Additionally, I tried contacting the property manager twice about the above incident and lack of secure front doors with locks, but I received no response. Additional note for the property manager, the water pressure in the master bath was really low, to the point of being dribbles. The second shower worked fine.
