## Logement
Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen;
- a bathroom with shower ;
- and a comfortable lounge area to relax in after a day's walking.

This is the only apartment in Paris with a large, fully glazed walkway built by Eiffel, overlooking the inner courtyard.
With its many opening windows, this walkway allows you to sleep on the sofa at night while contemplating the starry sky.
It's a real loft, with exceptional ceiling heights of around 4 meters. The building and apartment are famous, having been featured in several magazines, most recently in Côté Paris.

What's more, it was chosen as the setting for Judith Godrèche's latest film, to be broadcast on Arte at the end of the month.

The apartment is incredibly quiet, being surrounded by two inner courtyards, protecting it from traffic noise and the surrounding shops. Its proximity to the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est stations (just 5 minutes away) offers optimal connections for the Olympic Games.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: wifi, TV, raclette machine, Nespresso capsule machine, filter coffee maker, piston coffee maker, tumble dryer, fridge, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fan, iron, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located in one of Paris' trendiest districts, with a wealth of new bars and restaurants. The building is even home to two art galleries, adding to the effervescence of Parisian life.

It's just 50 meters from the legendary jazz club "Le New Morning" and a stone's throw from the Grands Boulevards, home to numerous theaters and museums, including the Musée Grévin, the Grand Rex (one of the world's largest and most beautiful movie theaters) and the Folies Bergères. The region also boasts an exceptional concentration of restaurants, trendy brasseries, covered markets and fresh produce vendors. Butchers, fishmongers and one of Paris's best boulangeries-pâtisseries (Julhès) are close by, as are numerous wine merchants.

It's also close to Paris' famous covered passages, where tourists appreciate the original stores.

## Emplacement
The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theaters, cafes and restaurants are rarely empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything. In addition, the major and popular transit centers, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, are both located in the 10th arrondissement.
